Dmitry clasped his hands together, a look of sentiment for the latest victims in the terrorist's grand scheme. First his own soldiers, and now the innocent? Children and animals were being killed by him all for the "sake of science," and it made Dmitry somewhat queasy just thinking about it. Even without his impressive labs in Africa, the man was still able to conduct inhuman research. He wanted to ask if samples were obtained, but knowing Omar's usual modus operandi, it was likely that he covered his tracks. He then turned to Premier Jintao and made a gesture. "Premier? Does China have any leads?"

Wang Xi Jintao looked a little annoyed. He stepped up while facing Dmitry Molchanov. “President Molchanov, you are not in a position to tell China what to do. If I choose to bluff, then it’s my humble decision. Many politicians bluff, as you should know with your honourable expertise…” “About Kurmuk and that… Tremor.. AGAS.. is it?.. I humbly suggest we continue that in a private conversation. As it will do not good for the current subject..” Wang said slowly while observing. “For your honourable question if China got any leads, I must apologize me and I will owe you an answer later. After Huang Feng’s treason just merely 1 hour ago, I cannot trust on this recently collected Intel. Besides, I do not have a dossier about this Al Ghazi with me.” Wang explains, while checking some GLA dossiers. “I suppose we all wait patiently when China has repositioned the Intel Officers, and I will come back to this later.” Wang bowed. “My deepest apologies. Huang Feng will face court for this treason. Yet I will not base Intel on merely creative… lies… from a man who is too great to do just his job as China desires. But if the USA has a lead on India, why not ask their honourable leaders?” Wang suggested.

Dmitry scoffed at the Premier's statement, but wasn't entirely surprised that they had no leads on Omar. The Chinese were the ones that were supposed to have intelligence reports on the GLA, having none on their leader which had gone missing? It made Dmitry slightly suspicious, but he'd have GRU confirm that later. "A shame...as for your statement on the lead in India, they just explained it. Please listen next time. Now, I will present Russia's possible lead on him. While we did not have much contact with the GLA after the Global War on Terror, we still kept an eye on our former 'clients.' When Omar went quiet, I had GRU and the FSB conduct investigations based on multiple sources, and we found that surviving contingents of the old Russian government had fled to all corners of the globe under new names or retaining their old ones. Some of these old contingents, mainly from GRU Spetsnaz groups, joined up with private forces companies across the globe." Dmitry shrugged, the lead not nearly as enticing now as it was a few days ago, "It's not much to go on, but if Omar's fled GLA territory or is working with someone else, all we would need to do is track down a few of these private forces companies and get answers out of them.

"No matter how small the lead is, Mr. President, nor how small the chances are of catching him. If there is even the smallest possibility of catching that man, we need to take it. The longer he stays free, the more innocent people will die."

"Of course," Dmitry kindly replied. "Now, if there aren't any more issues that need to be brought up by anyone else, I will be taking my leave." Dmitry then proceeded to pack his briefcase and prepare for the trip back to the airport. Do svidaniya, tovarishchi

Seeing that none was presenting anything new, Kennedy ordered his men to start packing. "Well, since no new issues are being brought up, I will also be leaving." He walked over to Dmitry, and shook his hand firmly. "A pleasure it was to meet you Mr. president. And I will be contacting you in the near future to discuss our alliance, until then I bid you farewell." After saying his goodbyes to the other leaders, Kennedy left the UN.

As Dmitry left for the limousine waiting for him outside, he felt that this would be the start of a new relationship between the United States and Russian Federation.
