July 26, 2045 1248 Hours EST New York, New York United Nations Headquarters
Dmitry wasn't happy. The entire situation had gone down the toilet in less than a year, and the Russian people were looking to their President for answers, and all he had to say was, "If you don't move those satellites, I'll have to act within the people's interests." "To hell I will! I'll do what's right for my country!" Dmitry repeated this to himself the entire trip to Manhattan. When he walked up the steps of the United Nations headquarters, flanked by his Prime Minister, two bodyguards, and a group of translators, he had gone over what he had prepared to go over with the United Nations Security Council; first and foremost, the Solaris issue had to be resolved as soon as possible. Secondly, Dmitry had to get answers to the Kurmuk raid from the aggressors: the Chinese and the US. Finally, there was still the question of the GLA, who had yet to show themselves after they solidified themselves in Central Africa, and their leader was uncharacteristically quiet as well. "Perhaps he ran off," Dmitry thought to himself. As he entered the United Nations Security Council room, he saw that he was not the first to arrive. Archibald was present as well, and Mendoza had made it. Both were punctual as ever, but the man Dmitry truly wished to speak to was Archibald: the commander behind the ever-increasingly growing Anglo-European Defense Pact. As he took his seat, other members of the UN Security Council began to arrive as well. The Middle-Eastern Council and Bangalore Pact were also in attendance, with their leaders being the primary seats on the council.
"Good afternoon, Mr. Stanford," he casually greeted the Supreme Commander without a second thought towards him, hoping to strike him on a good note before the actual proceedings began.

Archibald turned round to face Dmitry, a slight grimace on his face after hearing the President address him neither by his title as a knight, nor as his rank as a Field Marshal.
"Good afternoon, President Molchanov." Archie began firmly and bluntly. "Field Marshal Sir Archibald Basil Stanford, GOC AEDP, sir."

Dmitry, at the mention of his "rival's" full name, gave a small whistle to state he was impressed. Archibald being a knight was a very honorable title, but he had no time for formalities. Not when he had to accomplish so much in such little time. "I apologize for not referring to you by your full title, 'sir,' but I have very little time for formalities at the moment, nor am I truly in the mood to really address anyone by their full name," Dmitry practically replied in slight annoyance, "I have bigger concerns, and evidence," Dmitry then patted his briefcase that he had at his side, which contained hopefully all the evidence he needed to convince the Supreme Commander to move the Solaris satellites out of his territory. "However, if you must insist," Dmitry smirked and held out his hand, "President Dmitry Leonidovich Molchanov, Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Armed Forces, and Head of State for the Russian Federation. And these are my translators for the Chinese and Prime Minister Andrey Voronov"

Archibald smiled and shook Dmitry's hand firmly.
"Don't you worry, Mr. President." He replied with an equally smarmy tone. "If I desired to learn your identity, I'd have my secretary look up your Wikipedia page. Let's hope you don't do a McCarthy with The Security Council."

"I wouldn't stoop so low as to lie and accuse, Mr. Stanford. That would be my government, which clearly has less of a leash than needed. They accused and provided evidence, I'm merely here to present it and discuss on other matters which I believe far more concerning." Dmitry then turned to see the South American leader and walked up to him and shook his hand. "Mendoza, it's been too long. How are the crime rates?"

"Practice what you preach, President Molchanov. Your presence here is an accusation in itself, otherwise, you'd have reined in the government you allegedly control."

Post by Mendoza Chávez De La Hoya Card on Jul 28, 2016 20:42:19 GMT
President Mendoza Chávez De La Hoya Cardinal was busy in his office, when there was knocking on the door. “Enter,” he said, and he looked up. A governmental official walked in with a message. “Sir, it’s the UN invitation.” He said. Mendoza nodded and opened the letter. Just a casual/official piece of paper with the date, time and location. “Good,” Mendoza said. “Inform the Cabinet. Prepare our governmental plane, and personal security. It seems like we are going on a trip to the US… of A…” he slowly said the last part. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mendoza, after he was transported by plane and limousine, walked through the UN building hallways. With him, was a personal team of assistances/officials and some security officers. He entered for the first time the UN building as the head representative of the SAP. Slowly the company walked to the centre of this room. Looking around and pointing towards different details what they seem interesting and some small talk with each other. Short after, the officials of both the MEC and the Bangalore Pact entered the main room. The SAP, MEC, and the BP introduced themselves towards each other. Some assistances/officials known each other from previous governmental parties, and some jokes quickly came up. The 3 leaders had some small talk about unrelated subjects, compared to this current UN meeting. President Mendoza Chávez De La Hoya Cardinal shaking hands with different governmental representatives from the MEC and Bangalore Pact -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some 15 minutes later, they noticed the Russian delegation who walked to their places. But only a couple of minutes later, the Europeans marched also in. The heads of the SAP, MEC and BP shared some dark faces with each other. They know, the main reason of this meeting was Russian-European concerns. The 3 parties noticed that both leaders of Russia and the AEDP, already had some small talks. Unknown wat was spoken, the MEC and BP decided to seek up their places in the room. Mendoza and several of his men waited and slowly walked back to the centre of the room. President Mendoza Chávez De La Hoya Cardinal noticed that at least President Dmitry Molchanov has recognized him. Mendoza nodded as Dmitry was walking towards him. He shook back the Russian man’s hand and greets him with joy. “Ah President Molchanov. How is Moskva (Moscow) this time of the year? And yes, it has been too long indeed. How are you my dear sir?” Mendoza asked and releases his hand. “Well the crime rates are still decreasing, thank the Lord for that. The Russian help is still appreciated and we will continue this program. After this UN meeting, I decided to complete the reform of the Military, and work out that our national guard will help local law enforcements to assure that the crime rates will decrease furtherly, and that they will stay low. The war against crime is still not done in South America, but the changes sure are noticeable. With help of the Russians, don’t get me wrong of course..” Mendoza generously said to the Russian leader. Russian and Argentine police men in trainingstage He turned his head to the European Supreme Commander. “Ah yes, you must be Field Marshal, Archibald Stanford I assume? I have heard only stories of you so far, so the joy is all mine to finally meet you. ” and he shook the hand of the English man respectful. “How are you doing?” Mendoza asked.

Archibald bowed his head slightly and shook his hand firmly.
"President Cardinal." He greeted. "It is an honour to meet you, sir. In regards to how I am doing, I am quite alright, just business as usual for all of us. Admittedly, this is the first time I've been to The UN, since I'm not a politician, nor am I here as a nation. I am here solely to listen and if the European nations are convinced that the Solaris network is responsible for the troubles in Russia, then they will be removed. If not, then they will remain."

Dmitry chuckled at Mendoza's rhetoric towards crime and nodded hearing that the SAP planned to reform its military brought a chuckle from the Russian President. "The weather in Moscow is actually quite nice this time of year. You should come to the Kremlin sometime for a visit," the President stated enthusiastically, "And I'm glad to hear that crime is going down. I hope that your reforms go along nicely, and I especially hope that whatever happens today doesn't interfere with our countries' standings with one-another." Dmitry then proceeded to take a seat and idly play on his phone as he awaited the other participating parties of the UN Security Summit.

Post by Wang Xi Jintao on Jul 28, 2016 21:39:54 GMT
Wang Xi Jintao walked in the UN room with at least 20 men around him. 1 of them carried the Chinese flag. Others briefcases. Wang Xi Jintao walked around and shake various hands. Then he sees in the middle of the room several of the world’s most important leaders. He slowly walked towards them with some Chinese men. “Ni Hao World Leaders,” Wang Xi Jintao started. “It is of great pleasure to be here, as the humble nation of Zhōnghuá Rénmín Gònghéguó, China, and their allied states. I am its leader, Wang Xi Jintao. I believe it is on your honourable request, President Dmitry Molchanov on this summit?” Wang Xi bowed towards him and also to the other leaders. “Ni Hao and greetings to you as well. I hope you are in good health and this meeting will be a great success. Inspiration and motivation keeps the hardworking people busy; humble and wealthy brings them fortune. Let’s settle ourselves and start the honourable summit, shall we?” Wang Xi Jintao smiled a little, bowed towards the leaders of European, Russian, Arabians, Indies and the South Americans. The Chinese start seeking their chairs and wait for the opening.

Mendoza nodded to Archibald. “Well, it sounds as a complicated job, not a politician and neither a leader of a nation. So how do I need to see you properly? A head of some kind of a union? Or just a military leader?” Mendoza curiously asked the English Field Marshal. Then he turned to the Russian. “Well, I might want to visit your capital shortly. Perhaps discuss the current trading between our countries/organisations, as well as the aid. But I suggest we do that later, and first do this instead.” Mendoza firmly nodded. “Yes, I believe the two of you need to make a decent stand about this issue which I heard of. I won’t lie, that I am curious about either one of your opinions…” Mendoza pointed a finger from Dmitry to Archibald and back again. “I wish both of you good luck on that. The SAP will await your information before giving our view on this concern, as I see this as the main reason why we are here.” (OOC: excuse me, I couldn't find any better suitable picture. Take this with a smile please) Then he noticed, as did the rest, that the Chinese rolled in the room. Mendoza widened his eyes as he witnessed the great entrance of the Chinese delegation. He greeted the Chinese premier back, with a respectful bow, and see them walking to their seats. “Hmmmm well then…. Nice entrance of them…. uhm, where were we…?” Mendoza tried to pick up the conversation once more. “Let’s discuss that matter official, shall we? My opinion is that it would be better that way instead of continuously small talking with the few of us. But I believe we need to wait for the NAU representatives?”

Dmitry's eyes widened at the grand display of the Chinese premier's entrance, and he set down his phone to see this new man. After the Premier took his seat, Dmitry stood up and clapped. It wasn't sarcastic, it wasn't a golf clap, but he was legitimately impressed by this man's flare. "Is there more? Are we going to get the Chinese anthem as well?" he asked jokingly, his childishness showing above it all as he walked towards the premier, clapping as he did. "Premier Jintao, it is an honor to meet you face-to-face. I'm Dmitry Molchanov, and this is Andrey Voronov," he whispered to his translator, who immediately translated it back to Chinese. "Hújǐntāo zǒnglǐ, hěn róngxìng jiàn dào nǐ miànduìmiàn dì miàn duì. Wǒ méi dé mò ěr qià nuò fū, zhè shì ān dé liè Voronov."

"Naturally, naturally." Archibald replied to the South American president. After witnessing the Chinese entrance, he bowed his head in the same manner as the Premier in greeting.
"Xing Hui, Hu Zhu Xi." He greeted solemnly. Once they had begun heading to their seats, he turned back to Mendoza.
"See me as a soldier, a guard, a caretaker." He replied to his query. "I am the soldier that guards the European continent and the caretaker of Solaris. I merely serve the function of defence for the European nations and the maintenance and protection of what is now an integral part of the infrastructure of Europe, The Solaris Network. I serve zero political function and am not privy to a seat as a nation since I don't represent anyone. I am here as a third party organisations leader, nothing more, sir."

Post by John Fitzgerald Kennedy II on Jul 31, 2016 12:20:29 GMT
As the limousine arrived in front of the UN building, a small group of JFK supporters, who have camped there over night just to get a chance to see the president, started gathering around the limousine. While the UN security tried to keep the supporters at bay, JFK left the limousine turned and waved at the crowd, and proceeded to the entrance of the building. While the nation leaders and their delegates were eagerly waiting for the arrival of the president, a sigh of relief was heard when the doors opened and JFK entered. "Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen," He said."I hope that you'll excuse my tardiness, I had some "business" to attend to". As he walked to his seat, he could feel the cold stares of Dmitry Molchanov, president of Russia. When he took his seat, he said."So, shall we begin?"

Archibald nodded his head.
"I do believe that would be a good idea, President Kennedy." He remarked before looking round at the other dignitaries. "Unless everyone is interested in a spot of lunch?"
