"Mr. Premier, I would like to highlight that all of your complaints are linked to the previous government, and in essence a different regime. If you wish to compare between each then we might as well treat Europe as their corrupt, early 2020s counterpart. The fact that you treat us as if we had not reformed the government against a prior oligarchy and taken control does not give you justification to kill our men and assume the worst." Voronov once again pulled out a small piece of paper listing the fate of the previous government before Suvorov and Voronov took power. The President was killed, along with some of his cabinet. The rest were arrested and sent to high security prisons. Voronov slid this paper over to the Chinese delegation. "In fact, I was even present at the protests against the incumbent government which did aid the GLA. This previous corrupt cabinet has been completely dissolved and the government reformed in its path, including the military and constitution. You also forget that the GLA is as much of a threat to us as to the rest of the world. There are links between them and the decades of insurgency in the Caucasus. You cannot possibly link us with a worldwide terror organization simply because a highly-unpopular government grudgingly helped them."

(You said you want drama. I hope its good) The Chinese Leader couldn’t believe his eyes, nor his ears. All of them were forgetting that he still was in the speakers booth. He coughed a couple of times. Yet it didn’t help. He grabbed one of his dossiers and slammed against the corner of the table. “With all to respects to your wisdom gentlemen, but I believe I didn’t finished my contribution about the Kurmuk incident. You all disappoint me in terms of respect. President Molchanov, since this is the third time, I have bad news for you. I first was open to discuss the advice of my military advisors…” and Wang lifted up his arm towards the Chinese delegation. Several more military dressed men stood up and bowed, and retook their seats. “… They recommend to urge Russia’s retreat in Kurmuk. But my humble mind is convinced that you are a man without decency nor respect. In China, that is very important to have, but better, to show it to your fellow honourable men. This entire meeting is only to provide answers to you. Your lack of patients and respect towards other honourable leaders makes me nervous. Are you also in this state back in home, Moscow? If so, I do feel sorry for your humble staff, and brave citizens.” Wang bowed in great understandings. “President Molchanov. You blamed former President Putin for holding ties with the GLA. Our Intel got proof that the next administration just continued it. Even under.. yours…” Wang took a sip of water. “I do understand that you are a very honourable and occupied man, yet why rushing so fast over an important fact which I told you with our humble explanation?” “Also, it has come to my humble mind that a Russian Tremor was used in the Kurmuk siege?” Wang waved with the files which were provided by the Russians earlier. (there are 2 posts between what I read and what I did write.) Edit: "Mr Voronov, you said former government. Why ask me for something also was decided under former Chinese Leadership?" Wang asked the Russian Premier in return

Dmitry turned back to Premier Jintao, his green eyes aflutter with malice towards the accusation that the Russian government under his rule was cooperating with the GLA, even though all traces of the corrupt oligarchs of the prior government were destroyed or liquidated. "How dare you accuse us of working with the GLA!" One of Dmitry's secretaries went to pull him back down into his seat, but Dmitry shrugged him off and walked up to the podium, standing in front of the Chinese premier. "I don't know what you believe you're going to accomplish with such rediculous lies and slander, but I believe that it's come to a point that you need to be told off for good!" Dmitry clenched his fist as he grabbed the dossier and threw it back to his side of the table." "I have no time for lies and accusations, Mr. Jintao, and I don't have time for your propagandist bullshit!" Dmitry slammed his clenched fists on the podium, garnering the attention of the UN security. "And I especially don't believe you truly understand that Kurmuk could be taken as an act of war! And saying I don't have respect?!" Dmitry laughed and looked around before moving up into the Chinese Premier's personal space, eye-to-eye with him. "I have plenty of respect for people that give me and my country the respect that it not only wants, but deserves...but you? You've made more than an enemy, sir. You've made a big mistake." Dmitry then spit on his suit and walked back to his seat, fuming over the accusation and whispering curses under his breath.

“It is merely propaganda my tempered Russian fellow leader” Wang spoke with a straight poker face. Clearly he wasn’t intimidated by someone who loses that easy his temper. “You’re claiming that I am lying and using propagandist messages. Then explain to me, how come the GLA have so much humble Russian hardware? And why are you dodging several other questions of mine? Wang slowly asked again. “I urge you provide the honoured Chinese delegation with answers, President Molchanov. Because I have another heavy question for you. Why weren’t the humble Russians asked for helping out when the once powerful Europe felt into the hands of the GLA? It was China who was generous to reply to their request and fought the GLA on multiple fronts.” “President Molchanov, you can claim that the Russian government is clean, but it is proven that it is not. Several smaller incidents what came to the humble public’s attention from a locked up commander to corrupt politicians. So you still believe your own honoured words that the Federation has no ties with the GLA? Then why, are they so strong that even without that much territory, they still standing?” Wang showed several photocopies of GLA-Russian hardware. “Because we are fighting a well-armed army! That’s why. So please by all means… and this is my last bit of patience my dear Russian leader, is it really that farfetched? You should learn respect, and how to deal with accusations.” Wang spoke out loud. “Please, answer my questions (also in former post) and we will see what will happen”

Dmitry was in no mood to talk to the Chinese leader and promptly got up, shoving his chair aside, grabbed his water glass and threw it to the floor, shattering it before walking out of the room to let Voronov deal with him. He had no more patience left to spare, and until the subject matter was brought back to the missing Omar Al-Ghazi, he would not talk respectfully or willingly with the Chinese Premier.

After witnessing Molchanov angrily leave the room, causing quite a ruckus, Voronov simply ignored that for the time being. "Because, Mr. Premier, you are sticking to it. You are basing much more ridiculous assertions that we are supplying the GLA actively despite the facts I have already told you. There was a reason I protested along with my colleagues like former president Suvorov.. To stop this immoral, political nonsense. That day, Russia was up in arms against the government and you want to tell me that we're still helping the GLA? I have no words to say towards something of that nature. If you want to really make accusations, show concrete proof. The GLA is widely known for using Soviet-era surplus material which was easily acquirable in Middle-Eastern and African states. So please, Premier, go ahead, and show that the current governments, or those after the revolution are actively giving military aid to the GLA." Voronov took a drink of water in preparation for the Chinese rebuttal, sure to be propagandistic and bombastic.

“Over the years under your leadership and the one who is stupid enough to leave the room, we found tracks and evidence and even confiscated smaller transportations of arms dealers. The ties went straight back to Russia.” Wang explained, showing more photocopies. “I never stated that either you or Molchanov have something to do with it. It might be that there are corrupt people within your government or just lone dealers. That however, is unclear to us. We have little Intel about that because it goes so far back into Russia’s mainland. And please forgive me to say that even todays units of Russia’s army still has allot of post-soviet era units, Mr Voronov.” Wang took again some water. “Because the Russians dared to use a Tremor device against the brave Chinese soldiers, and with the attitude of your superior, the President Molchanov, and ignoring more of my humble questions, I have only 1 option left. Leave Kurmuk within 24 hours or my military commanders will help the local Russians with it.” Wang puts down his glasses. “It is not suited that a leader of such a questionable country over the last few decades, acts, behaves, and replies in such a matter as how he just displayed. It is a shame, and a scandal. Clearly, you dare to call me a liar and a propagandist. But I am still standing here. I am not aggressive, nor nearly in personal touch. I cannot say that from the man who organizes this humble summit.” Wang sighed. “Clearly President Cardinal made a decent point. This summit is more likely a weak excuse to find a reason, how humble or small it is, to go to war. I am highly disappointed in the President Molchanov, which I heard so much from, that he express himself totally in a different way in which I was believe he was. He threatens me with that I will be devoted or even killed under leadership. But is a truly leader also available in questionable times?” Wang stated one more line: “ ‘Or greatest glory is not in never falling, but in getting up every time we do’ – Confucius” he said

"If there are arms dealers, as you say, they are very likely lone mafia links who benefitted from the chaos shortly following Suvorov's rise to power after the 2028 protests. Suffice to say, no nation can control the mafia, but the CSTO has been cracking down as best as possible. I would point to the infamous high organizations of the Bratva, but they would be too busy staying alive to deal weapons in an organized fashion halfway across the world. And Premier, aren't nearly all of our weapons post-Soviet? This is the era of time after the Soviet Union's collapse, is it not?" The Russian delegation laughed for a few seconds, seeing the Chinese Premier's presumed slip of words. "It is, of course, natural."
Voronov scoffed and groaned at Wang's ultimatum. "You realize that your demands are not only highly illegal, but are tantamount to a declaration of war. With all respect, we will damn sure defend what is ours. It is not within your "jurisdiction" to "help" anyone with leaving anywhere. If you think I am weak willed and will bow to anything you order me to do, then you have thought WRONG!" Voronov angrily glared at the Chinese Premier, his face looking redder by the second. "The fact that you make such thinly veiled threats disgusts me to my core, a man dedicated to fighting terrorism but perpetrating it instead." He spit on the ground in front of him. "Instead of an apology for making assumptions, you continue to accuse, accuse, accuse, making EXCUSES for the fact that Americans, Russians, and Chinese are dead for something that could've been easily averted. I am done with provocations." Voronov started to pack up everything he had into his personal briefcase, and the Russians behind him followed. "Consider us gone." His delegation stormed out, unable to hear any more of this debacle. There was going to be hell to pay if the Chinese leader went through with his threats.

Dmitry was busy playing games on his phone, returning back to a central mind as he calmed. However, just as he was about to get up and head back in, Dmitry saw Andrey open the door with the rest of the delegation and begin to leave. "Chto teper'?" he asked Andrey, convinced that the Chinese delegation had done something that would make Dmitry's job that much harder.

Holding his briefcase in hand, Voronov answered quite grimly. "Mobilizatsiya, moi president." He would explain how the Chinese Premier had threatened them with essentially, an attack. "Dvatsat' chi'tiri chasa (24 hours)". That was his ultimatum. And now, some dark decisions would have to be made, which would send the two of them into preparation.

Mendoza, as were other state leaders, were speechless about this matter. Every delegation begun to speak with each other, even with other delegations about this matter. He buried his face in his hands. So the Chinese and the Russians are playing with fire.. he sighed. 2 allies of the SAP who in a blink of an eye went berserk. Holy father in heavens, how was this possible? He thought.
The Europeans were gone, as were the Russians. Mendoza looked once more towards the Americans, but they obviously were busy with themselves. He grabbed his chest and rubbed it a couple of times to calm his nerves a little.
He stood up and grabbed a microphone. “Premier Jintao, with all do respect, but what is the meaning of this?” Mendoza asked the Chinese leader, but repeated himself a couple of times before the audience were quiet enough that other people could hear it.

Wang heard what the South American President asked of him. He lifted a single hand to acknowledge that he desire to speak once more. “President Cardinal, what you humbly ask is more than reasonable. I just wanted to demonstrated how the Russians would react under pressure. The honourable delegation left in great confirmation that China will strike first…. Yet I see the President returned to us. Welcome President Molchanov to your own requested summit. Please, take your comfortable seat once more and if I humbly may suggest, calm down and drink a glass of clear water. Let me speak…” Wang bowed deeply in joy to see at least one of them returned. (could not find a better picture of Dmitry walking in the UN room; EDIT: site didn't took my first picture) “My statement about abandon Kurmuk within the 24 hours, was merely a honourable bluff.” Wang said while focussing his attention to the Russian President. “I was aware of a decent nationalistic feelings of the Russian Party, since they are demanding several answers according to several incidents which took place either in Russia, or with Russia involved.” Wang grabbed his glasses once more. “The strong chosen words of the Russian delegation is easy to test. How? Just how I did. Threaten them back in their own territories, or in this case, humble facility. I already explained that false Intel was provided by me, yet the humble Russians choose rather than believe me, express their opinion about liar and propagandist. Is it wrong to have some nationalistic feelings? Don’t we have that all? We all know that President Dmitry Molchanov showed his a couple of times, but even the South Americans did it against the North Americans. Even England stood up for themselves.” “It was poorly chosen to counter my question with the reply of a former government. Yes, Voronov said that. While we…” Wang pointed towards the Chinese delegation, “… and them…” now he pointed to the USA “… also were operating back in the day under former leaders. So when it comes to us, we have to explain in detail, and every word is taken in distrust, while theirs are holy and solid.” Wang puts down his glasses. “President Molchanov, I am not your enemy. At least not freely chosen by myself. Now is the time to act smart. Don’t make me your honourable enemy. The only thing I was planning to ask, was to remove the Tremor since it is placed in Chinese territory. The next thing was discussing the facilities purpose, and if it was needed or not. I will not deny that I question it’s humble position so close near GLA borders.” Wang bowed again towards the single Russian Leader. “I did try to calm you a few times down. I asked for patience and respect. Perhaps other issues keeps you busy, but you made me feel like we are also second rated officials…” The entire Chinese delegation stood up and watched 10 seconds towards the Russian President, then bowed and retook their seats. “… I counter asked you several important questions. Within your wisdom most likely you chosen not to answer them. Why? I cannot tell. But learn this from a humble Chinese leader: to get respect, you should give respect, and to get answers, you should provide yours as well.” Wang looked firmly to the nearly empty seats, once occupied by Russians. “If you take a moment to think of my concerns about Russian connections with the GLA, I know you are smart enough, you can see why I brought that up. And I humbly repeat: I never accused you personally. Mr Voronov, another honourable hothead, was nearly by the point which I was using, but he didn’t stopped there. I said we didn’t had Intel about your administration. I said ‘under’, which can be seen in multiple ways. But fair enough. I will humble accept the fact that I learned how short a Russian fuse actually is when it comes to their nationalistic pride.” Wang nodded understandable. “In that specific case, we share the same thing. The people of Zhōnghuá Rénmín Gònghéguó have also strong nationalistic feelings, as proof I can introduce you to one of my advisors.” Wang pointed to the man who earlier stood up for his leader. “President Molchanov, please take this humble lesson I gave you. But we will continue the discussion about Kurmuk somewhere later. You at least now know my true concerns. Our concerns..” Wang nodded towards the Chinese delegation. He stepped up while emptying his glass of water. The Chinese delegation stood also up applauding for its leader and bowed towards the UN room in multiple directions. Wang slowly walked back to his respective seat and reclaimed it. “By all means, if you desire to take over President Molchanov…” He said while stretching his hand out as an invitation to step in.

Dmitry's expression was cold as he looked to Premier Jintao. Three strikes, and he was out, and he was on strike two. "Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. I do not care if it was a bluff or otherwise. You insulted me, my countrymen, and my country, and we will not tolerate this! I do not advocate for war, but if you want to start lying and bluffing your way out of problems, go to the GLA. They have the skills you'd need." Dmitry's nose twitched as he explained, "However, the Kurmuk Research & Development Facility is still an integral part of my military's own weapons research and the development of military property, and the advanced grand artillery system is considered to be one of the facility's crowning achievements. Just because it borders on Chinese territory does not mean you can bluff and state that you will remove it yourself. You have no right, as it is not causing any damage to infrastructure or the environment belonging to GAPA officials, unlike the Solaris network is supposedly causing. That said, the 'Tremor AGAS,' as you so delicately put it, will stay right where it is in order to provide strategic striking capability for Russia against the Global Liberation Army." He then stood up and walked over to the Premier, eyes still aflutter with nationalism and hurt pride, but to less of a degree than before. "I am willing to compromise, and I am most certainly willing to make agreements based on trust. But as far as you've shown me? You cannot be trusted that easily as an ally by making bluffs that could result in a large-scale war between two or more major superpowers." Dmitry's cold stare softened, however, as his smile began to make a return. "Nonetheless, I do apologize for my disrespectful outbursts. Unlike other Russians, who would like to see those that lie to test one-another be thrown into a Siberian prison or left to freeze out in the north, I am a little more forgiving of transgressions; just know, 'honorable' Premier Jintao, that you are on thin ice with the Russian Federation as of this moment." Dmitry then returned to his desk and took back his dossier considering his final subject for the summit. "Now, we return to the final issue that needs to be addressed here: the GLA and the whereabouts of Omar Al-Ghazi. While the Russian Federation and CSTO do have leads regarding him, I would like to hear from others before we get on with it." Dmitry then turned to President Kennedy, who had remained quiet during his tantrum. "President Kennedy, I believe that you had a lead that you were following into India before we went back to the discussion on Kurmuk. Care to explain?"

"Indeed Mr. president. Now as I was saying we followed a lead we had on Omar to India, to a small house in the middle of nowhere, that we suspected was his main base of operations there. At first sight, the house looked like you would expect it, it had one room, a bed, dinning table, two chairs, and some dirty dishes. However." He paused for a moment to take a drink of his water, before continuing. "We found something, there was a small hatch, which led to an underground "science laboratory", before I continue, the things we found are quite unpleasant, so if anyone here has a weak stomach, I'd suggest they leave the room for a few minutes." Seeing that none left, Kennedy gave the order to his men to pass the photos that were taken to the other leaders and delegates, before continuing."On these photos you will see what are the skeletal remains of, what we presume, children. The bone size would put them in the ages between 8-11. Now as to what actually happened to these children, they were used as "science" experiments. We found test tubes containing various kinds of poison and acid which were designed to melt human skin. And we believe that these poor children became victims of said poisons. We also found a few dead chained dogs, it would seems as though Omar was starving them for weeks before feeding them the remains of the children, we believe it was to see if there were any effects of consuming the infected remains, and would it effect animals. The answer was yes, nearly to the same degree as it would effect humans. Besides this we didn't find anything else. The acid in itself works very fast, close examination determines the corpses are only a day old, in some cases two." Kennedy let out a deep sigh. "If we were a day earlier we might have been able to save the lives of some of the children, but that was not the case."
