The Chinese delegation remained calm with the current discussions. They just announced the tremendous increase capacity on Nuclear Power, yet this Solar energy generators is something which the Leader of China hasn’t heard from. With great interests he was listening to different sizes of this discussion. Some Chinese officials whispery spoken towards each other. But with the last few statements and the barking of the Russian president, one of the Chinese men wanted to rise quickly up to say something about the manners. But Jintao tapped his arm and he remain calm but furious towards the Russian who dares to call out the divine leader of China. Wang however, still looks slightly smiling in pride in this room. A different Chinese official grabbed his wooden nameplate and smacked a couple of times on his desk to gain attention. His neighbour quickly rises from his chair, straight as a pole and nearly shouted: “Our leader, great leader of The People’s Republic of China, desires to speak to the other representatives in this room. Show him the respect which he deserves!” As quickly as he went up, the man sat down. Wang Xi Jintao slowly stepped up, and turned towards the Russian delegation party. “Ni Hao, Russian leaders and officials…” he started. “On your honorary request, we decided quickly to granted your request and in great appreciation accepted the UN invitation. Now I believe in my humble opinion, I think we are at the subject which the President of the Russian Federation has requested us, the representatives of Zhōnghuá Rénmín Gònghéguó.” Readjusting the microphone for their leader, the Chinese assistant quickly retook his seat and Wang continued. “Now Kurmuk, let us see” he slowly spoke while grabbing a dossier file and putting on some reading glasses. Quickly reading a couple of lines what are his personal summary of the situation, Wang looked up and continued “Ah yes. Under former Chinese leadership, the wise decision was made to remove and destroy a Russian facility. Is this the case which you are speaking of, honourable President Molchanov?” After a small confirmation Wang continued again. “So the brave Chinese soldiers destroyed a facility. Forgive my doubting minds why this respective subject is brought up until now? Why not earlier? Why are the proud Russians suddenly so interested in something what has passed on for those years?” Wang questioned the Russian leader. He lowered his glasses and looked through the room from the USA leaders to the Russian leaders. “Perhaps the honourable President of the United States has something to say in their respective share in this event?”

Dmitry immediately began chuckling at the lies that poured from this propagandist's mouth. It was less than ideal to have a propagandist, but a propagandist that made such bold statements as to say that Kurmuk was "destroyed," when it clearly wasn't? He had to put this man in his place. "We were trying to contact you as to why the facility was attacked. Your premier at the time refused to answer. Now that you're here, we can discuss this like diplomats, rather than cower like children." Dmitry then crossed his arms and looked to the Premier with a scoff, "And I also see you also took the liberty of covering the entire incident up as some glorious piece of propaganda, just as your people had tried to do with all of their losses militarily and civilly. Let me clear this up for you." Dmitry then held out his hand as a nearby secretary produced a manila envelope on the incident of Kurmuk. "According to this dossier, and most likely the American one as well, the Kurmuk Research & Development Facility, which had existed prior to Chinese occupation of the Sudanese territories, was attacked by a joint strike force of PLA forces and US Marines. The facility held off both opposing forces with a combined arms battalion from the 106th Guards' Airborne Division and the 105th Motor Rifles Division. Commanding officer and lead R&D developer for the facility, Colonel Nikita Aleksandr, was on site as well and filed a report in full detail as an 'unprovoked attack on the Russian Federation and possible declaration of war.'" Dmitry then threw the folder to the Chinese leader. "It's all right here, in writing, plain as the liver-spots are on my grandfather!" Inside the folder was a set of pictures taken before and after the battle from aerial surveillance and a documentation of the Battle of Kurmuk as accounted by the commanding officer of the time.. Dmitry then leaned forwards, his expression frustrated and somewhat pissed. "I don't want bullshit propagandist excuses, Premier! I want answers; why was this facility attacked?!" he then turned to Kennedy, "Why was the North American Union involved?!" he then stood up and slammed his palms on the table as well, "And what was there to gain from such an attack?!"

(I thought it was destroyed. But it wasn’t? Sorry) The Chinese delegation immediately started to discuss this happening in their native tongues. But little noticed a highly nervous man on their second row. Wang Xi Jintao slowly reopened the dossier and put on his glasses while other Chinese officials are quickly speaking with each other what this Russian dossier told. The nervous man slowly moved away from the discussion, and tried to make an escape. But Chinese guards overthrow him back on the ground and cuffed him, quickly removing him from the room. The Chinese discussion came to an end and Wang stood up once more. “Please do forgive our honourable guards, who captured this man who was my former personal Intel officer… It appears that he forgot to do his job correctly…” Some Chinese man shared the included photocopies of the Kurmuk file. “As you can see, these are the humble pictures what formerly confirmed this file. The honoured Chinese forces defeating the brave Russian soldiers, while the proud Americans destroyed the compound.” Wang explained. On the photocopies were some symbols referring to the USA intelligence like the CIA and NASA. “We do believe, in our humble opinion, that these photocopies are the results of a very creative mind, who chosen to use his talent for the wrong purpose. Don’t worry about Mr Huang Feng. He will be interrogated first… OR… these photocopies are indeed provided by the US government?” The Chinese Leader asked to the USA delegation. “However, with my election (background info: the secret coup/revolution) I was informed as good as I asked. Sadly, this case was a missing brick in our pride.” Wang said still with a decent flat face expression. “President Molchanov… For your question about this attack; This happened all in a former Chinese government. However, if this Intel is correct, this was at the end of the Global War against Terrorism, am I right? And if my other Intel is correct, the honourable Aleksandr ended up in prison? Why is that? Was he seriously dangerous? Or is there a different explanation for his public missing?” Wang Xi Jintao asked normally the Russian Leader. He sat down once more and puts down his reading glasses.

(OOC: No worries. This is good for drama between characters. ) "Colonel Aleksandr was returned to Moscow, Premier, but it's assumed that he was angry about this and ordered an attempt on my life. He was then transferred to one of our state-of-the-art prisons and is awaiting trial for treason and conspiracy. Furthermore, what we do with him, and where he goes in our lands is none of your business!" Dmitry then sighed and placed his palm to his head. "This facility was made prior to Chinese occupation of the Sudanese regions. And no, the Global War on Terror was prior to the skirmish at Kurmuk as well. Good try though," Dmitry then looked up again, frustrated with the lack of answers he was receiving. "I ask WHY you attacked the facility, rather than WHEN, Mr. Jintao, and I expect answers to your unprovoked attack by the end of this summit, or so help me!" Dmitry then stopped in his tracks, realizing he was getting very worked up over something as trivial as an explanation. He didn't like communists, and he especially didn't like propagandists. When you had two of those together, it made for a really bad time in his eyes.

Instead of Wang, a different Chinese stood up quickly. “President Molchanov, you lack respect to our honourable leader! You should make apologies!” He stated and retook his seat. Wang watched the floor for a moment, but retook his right on the word: “President Molchanov, it comes to our collective attention that you lack the humble decency to call other people by their respective ranks. Hence, my man over here, felt it was needed to mention that to your anointed ears.” The Chinese Leader was handed over several statistic charts from his staff members. “Forgive my brutality to regain our focus to the Global War on Terror. The decision back then was the results and cobination of happenings within this entire era.” Wang begun. “The entire Global War against Terrorism, was mostly fought by brave American and fierce Chinese soldiers. We have made great sacrifices, and there doesn’t go a day where China doesn’t pay it’s respect to the fallen heroes..” Wang looked for a brief moment to the ground. “Our Intel brought up that the Russian position in this entire event was questionable. The trusted American Intelligence found multiple cases of evidence against your humble government, President Molchanov…” Wang slowly spoke, knowing that this will become an heavy subject to carry around. “So you bravely dare to ask me, why the Chinese High Command urged or support the Americans, for a strike or destructive force to one of your compounds?” Wang bowed slowly and retook his seat, waiting in great patience and watched also to the USA delegation. He started to ask himself when the Americans would reply to this specific case.

Dmitry was well over annoyed. He was, in his entirety, starting to get angry that he was prolonging the discussion rather than simply stating the answer. "I have no time for formalities when it comes to liars Premier, and I'm not going to apologize for not referring to your full title, just as I didn't for Mr. Stanford. I have no time or patience for it, and I would prefer to hear your answer before I hear the US's answer for attacking the facility!" Dmitry then held out his hand rather aggressively and another folder was placed in it. "We were accused of having a nuclear silo built and present at the Sudan compound, even though we told you again and again it was not a nuclear silo! Then you non-provocatively attack us with the United States! I want answers as to why, even though we told you that it wasn't a nuclear silo, that you attacked us! You should know by now that we keep to our word when we say something, and that includes straightening accusations!" Dmitry then turned to President Kennedy. "Mr. President, care to tell us your reasoning why?" he then turned back to Jintao, "How about you, Mr. Premier?"

"And," Voronov added, in a rather calm and collected manner, "that while the Pacific Peace Alliance could've chosen to investigate under the watch of the international community, instead they chose a show of force." While taking a look at the pictures of the battle and in particular, a picture of a young Aleksandr, he sighed. "A rather uncoordinated and uninformed show, however. Bad decisions can cost lives. I would rather hear why, instead of choosing the peaceful way, a full-on assault was chosen. A choice that costed each side lives that would've been much better used fighting the GLA." Voronov leaned back and waited for a response from both opposing parties.

Again, the Chinese man was attempting to speak/complain about the disrespect from the Russian President, but this time Wang Xi Jintao tapped once more calmly on his arms. He remained on his chair. Jintao grabbed several other documents and putting his glasses back once more on his face. Quickly reading some lines and taking some time for it while doing so, he slowly rose once more with a single piece of paper. “You know what this is, President Molchanov?” Wang asked back waving with this piece of paper. “It is a short list about the events and the participating nations in it, during the Global War on Terror. It comes to our mind that the brave Russian forces aren’t that well represented on this humble list of ours. The Chinese and American forces are well represented. Our brave men have fought battles across several territories in the Middle East, Chinese main lands, European and African lands to fight this pest.” Wang walked to the official UN speakers booth, with more dossiers under his arms. “President Molchanov. You dared to call me a liar, while I told the truth, or what I was believed to be the truth. If you are, in your wisdom, angry about that, then I can understand that.” Wang slowly bowed once more. He grabbed a dossier called ‘Russia’s relations with the GLA’. Wang only showed the front page of it to the audience. “Russia had always interests in the Global Liberation Army. Supplying them the weapons which they used for their own believed benefit, while humble citizens suffered from their presence. Even the long war in the Middle East, various Russian weapon transports were discovered or spotted by informants. Aftermaths of battles against the terrorists, investigations brought us the Intel about Russian weapons. From Putin, to Suvorov… to your administration… The solid nationalistic propaganda of Russia covered up as best as they could to be connected to the single most feared terrorist organisation of the last century.” Wang took some water and continued . “Only several smaller skirmishes in which the Russians participate, and forgive my humble way of choosing these next words: could be counted on a single hand. Those Russian soldiers didn’t had a single chance, just to face their deaths.” Wang picked some other papers called ‘Moscow’s good will’. “This paper contains the information in which the Russian press brought out about decisions in which the Russian leaders back then were believing to do right: Sending out forces to fight the GLA. For instance, the Baikonur debacle. Now, do you want us with all due respect, believe that the strong Russian forces couldn’t get rid of some pesky terrorists at one of your own facilities?” Wang asked that out loud. “So the special forces of both Norway and the US just had to fight a tremendous GLA force before reaching the compound? No, that explanation would be too easy. Russia had multiple accusations against them about supporting the terrorism, isn’t it honourable Russian President?” Wang picked up other files. “All these are examples of Russian failure where other armies have to stood up and clean up. The Zhōnghuá Rénmín Gònghéguó and the United States back then had enough about the, yes, lying Russians. Either if it were their leaders, military commanders, press or other humble citizens of the Federation.” Wang picked up again a file ‘Russia in Sudan’. “This dossier is the Intel indeed about the facility before the event. It states indeed accusations of Nuclear weapons. President Molchanov… How are your strategic capabilities? I hope they are so strong as your honourable opinion about showing respect… And Mr Voronov has brought the key element: The GLA…” Wang took some water again and continued. “Chinese High Command was worried that the Russian compound either should fall into GLA hands, or is a facility to supply the GLA with. Since this facility is very closely build near the GLA territories, you cannot see why the former honourable Chinese Command was nervous about this, can you President Molchanov?” Wang looked strictly towards the arrogant Russian Leader. “The denial of the Nuclear materials or weapons weren’t enough. Russia denied more over the memorable years, and counterproof was stacking. Therefore, the Chinese agreed to attack the facility instead of wasting our humble time into dialogues.” Wang picked up the dossier which was made by Huang Feng. “We all know that this dossier is worthless. Yet I believe you have your honourable answer Mr Russian President?” Wang asked and remained in the official UN speakers booth. (USA please reply. Don’t quit)

"Finally!" Dmitry slumped back in his chair, relieved that he finally got an answer out of the Chinese leader. It was an understandable answer. The Putin administration had long-time dealings with the GLA back in the Global War on Terror, and it led to distrust among the international community. However, what was still unclear was the NAU's involvement in Kurmuk. "That's what I wanted to hear, Premier Jintao: an answer to WHY you attacked Kurmuk. Now, let's hope that President Kennedy's a little more cooperative so we can finally get this over with and move onto our final subject matter here."

"Ah, please excuse my silence I was thinking about something." He said as he put the card that Archie gave him in his pocket. "Now, Mendoza, I assure you there is no need to be nervous, the NAU is not out to ruin your relationship with Russia. We only wish to assist the Russian people to find an answer for their current problems, nothing more." He then turned to Dmitry. "I agree, we should continue about our alliance in private. Now, about your previous inquiry regarding Kurmuk. First off I'd like to apologies for the incident.Since it occurred because of misinformation. Now I know that this does not justify the attack, and I also know that the reason that so many good soldiers lost their lives that day was due to poor intel gathering, is the last thing you want to hear. But, it is, unfortunately, true. We received intel that there were nuclear warheads located there. So, of course, we decided to check the veracity of the information, but I assure you that the armed conflict was never apart of our plan, a few minutes before the conflict began, we lost contact with our strike team, we were being jammed. After we established contact, we found out that fighting broke out. After that we tried to locate the source of the jamming but to no prevail." He took a small break to take a sip of his water before continuing. "Now, gentlemen, I ask you this, who can benefit from us fighting? The first thing that comes to mind is the GLA, and they're currently the main suspect for the misinformation. They want us to fight, so that after the battle they can pick us off, while we are wounded and disorganized. It'd be easy pickings, they'd bring down the worlds most powerful nations in one fell swoop. And, once we're all gone, who do you think will be left to defend the world from their evil acts of terror?"

"Indeed," Dmitry stated casually. His positive glow was beginning to return, but he was still annoyed. Granted, Kennedy was a lot more forgoing with the answers that he wanted, but he was still sore about the communist leader's prospect of lying to his people. "Now that Kurmuk has a reason for its attack, which I suspected was because of the 'supposed' nuclear silo that was present, we have one final subject I would, under normal circumstances, not like to bring up...the GLA and the whereabouts of their leader: Omar Al-Ghazi." Dmitry then set up the projector to place an image of the man he spoke of: a dead man walking with dreams of grandeur and a nihilistic viewpoint towards humanity. "Now, to recap on previous events, we all know of the bombings in Brussels, right? Well, these attacks were not conducted by Omar, oddly enough. They were conducted by a seeming successor: Abdul-Al Rashid. What I want to know is where this monster is so we can put him on trial and have him put away for good. Does anyone have any intel on where he might be?"

We had a few promising leads on where he might be located. One of them leading to India, but when our units got there he was already gone. Although we did find traces of him being there. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could tell us where he was heading next. It would seems that he is always one step ahead of us. Rest assured gentlemen, that we will not give up and we will not rest until this man is brought to justice.

“What does the United States know about good leads? Now its India? Your next target under suggestion that a wanna-be leader has fled to that country?” Mendoza barked towards President Kennedy. “Your words about not meddling in the SAP interests is very distrustful, since we got plenty of ideas that it is otherwise. Not to forget the several Economic restrictions by the US” Mendoza took a deep breath. “President Molchanov. Why is it your concern about the GLA so suddenly? I really do question what this will bring. With all due respect, but first it was Europe, a little of the NAU, and also China. Are we next? Or do you have some plans?” Mendoza asked the Russian leader. “Clearly it is suspicious that the United States are ‘terrorist’ free for over so many years. Are the rumours true that the US secretly pulling the strings of the GLA network?” Mendoza asked the US President. “I suggest that the United States should come clean first, and stop fishing in unclear poles. Second, stop interfering everywhere and with everyone!” The SAP president backed once more towards the Northern Neighbours

"President Chavez, the GLA have been responsible for the decline of many nations, Russia included, in economics, prosperity, and trust. I want to put things right by putting an end to the GLA's reign of terror once and for all. To do that, however, we need to find its leader. Omar's been quiet for too long to be doing nothing. He's either dead, which is unlikely according to leads that we, and apparently the US had, or he's planning something to top his desires to build nukes. Perhaps you have leads to share with us?" the Russian President questioned. Dmitry clasped his hands together and cleared his throat as well. "Although, I must agree that the United States has been suspected of dealing with the GLA after the Global War on Terror, similarly to how they were dealing with Syrian rebels back in the 2010s and 2020s. And while they do have a problem with interfering, it's good to keep your friends close and old grudges closer."
