Dmitry sternly filed the paperwork regarding Omar as soon as he returned to Moscow from the trial. It was as heptic as it was frustrating that he had to do paperwork regarding what facility Omar would be brought to if Russia were to receive him. He had scheduled a video call between the other world leaders in order to finally come to a consensus on the prison Omar would be spending the rest of his life in. Dmitry had chosen Pyatak as the prison of his choice if he had gotten his hands on Omar. Not only was it Russia's highest security prison, but it was also only 400 kilometers away from Moscow. Not only would Dmitry have the capability of keeping an eye on the monster beneath the man, but he found that this particular prison was just what he deserved: complete and total isolation from everyone that he could use to get out. But, Pyatak would be merely a temporary holding facility until Dmitry could find an area suitable for holding Omar. After Dmitry had finished filing the necessary paperwork for Omar to be transferred to Pyatak if he was given to Russia, he then turned to his computer and opened the leaders' communications hub. If the United Nations could not be brought into session ASAP, then world leaders went here to talk via video and audio feed. He then selected the main world leaders who had some form of participation in the trial: Jurgen, Xingmin, Edmund, and Steven. He then hit the call button and waited for answers.

Edmund was in the middle of a private cabinet meeting with his secretaries of state for defence and foreign affairs when he was interrupted by an aide. Upon being informed of the call, he swiftly adjourned and headed to his office. When he arrived, he accepted the call and had it put up on a large projection screen for him to stand in front of while speaking. "Good day to you, President Dmitry Molchanov." Edmund greeted. "How may I be of help?"

"Zdravstvuyte, Mr. Wislon. We are currently waiting for the other leaders who had some form of participation in the trial against Omar Al Ghazi to decide who will claim the monster. Speaking of which, how is your lawyer holding up?"

"He has a plaster on his head and needs a new wig due to it being ruined by the blood Omar Al-Ghazi spilled." He replied with a slight frown. "Other than that, he's fine. How was his performance at The International Criminal Court?"

"He made a fool of Omar, which is both good and bad. It seems that you had a very knowledgeable statesman. I didn't even know how to counter a lack of evidence for those attacks. At first, I actually thought he was defending Omar, but after he spilled it, well...we both know what happened," he replied. Dmitry then took a pen from his table and continued to finish the paperwork for Omar's transfer to Pyatak, all the while thinking on the question burning in his mind: would Britain want to claim him?
"Do you have any plans to claim the monster?"

"Sadly, no. The Cabinet and I have been focusing on other matters overseas, like the protectorates and the re-equipping of The British Armed Forces. I'm sure the media were more than capable of highlighting the attempted grilling the opposition tried to give during Prime Ministers Questions."

"Ah. Well, then when the others get here, all I need you to do is help figure out who deserves Omar's incarceration the most." Dmitry continued to look at the call signals. If no one answered or called back by the end of the day, then he would contact Europe and have them give Omar to him.
"Have you had any contact with Mr. Freephoinex as of late?"

"Amazingly enough, I've not met him at all. I extended the same courtesy I did to you and gave him a hotline to 10 Downing Street, but unlike you, China and Brussels, there's been absolutely nothing." He replied. "Maybe The President's busy writing speeches on the potency of American patriotism on the battlefield?"

Jürgen Adler had been busy with paperwork. While he appreciated the agreed reactions to the evidence he needed to present, it was still enough to nearly cost him his lunch. As he was signing paperwork, he heard teh familiar ring-tone on his laptop. Quickly, he took out a remote, causing the walls to part to reveal different television screens for each of the leaders: Premier Xingmin Wu, Russian Dmitry Molchanov, US President Steven Freephoenix, and Prime Minister Edmund Wilson. After connecting the wires, he clicked the button, allowing him to enter the call. When he entered, he saw the familiar faces of Prime Minister Edmun Wilson and Russian President Dmitry Molchanov.
"Guten tag (Good day), I take it this would be about whom obtains the........monster?" he asked.

"Hello, sir." Edmund greeted with a slight bow of his head. "Yes, you are correct. I've already stated that The United Kingdom is unable to provide suitable facilities for Omar Al-Ghazi."

"Good to see that you answered, Mr. Adler," Dmitry greeted. "First off. Do you want Omar to remain in European territory after all of the drama that's occurred as a result of his actions? If not, then all I have to ask is who you would be comfortable passing the terrorist on to."

The Chinese leader turned on his video. He was speaking from his office.
"Good morning to you all. I apologize for my lack of attendance at the trial, I had very urgent matters to attend to at the time."

"As I see. Am I to believe that your ambassador told you of the trial's events?" Dmitry asked, signing his name on the last bit of paperwork for Omar's assigned cell at Pyatak.

Adler turned to see Premier Wu and nodded in acknowledgement before looking to Dmitry. "To be honest, President Dmitry, my thoughts with Warlord Omar coincide with yours. I would rather not have Omar step within one inch of European Soil, but I'll take him if I must."

"Well, I already have paperwork filed for his transfer to Pyatak Prison here in Russia, so you don't need to worry about him being on your soil anymore." Dmitry then turned to the others, Steven still not having responded. "However, if President Freephoinex doesn't answer in the next 5 minutes, I will assume that he has better things to do, and Mr. Wu and I can discuss on the prospects of who would be better-suited to keep Omar in custody."
