Case: Omar Al Ghazi; Un Peace Palace; The Hague; The Netherlands 6th of January 2047(In this threat, the account of David van Rotterdam represents the common Dutch people, army, media, law enforcers [police & MP]. This as that I know the best how things go around in The Netherlands. The Orange General himself will not be around. He is at war in Oman. All factions may of course make their own news announcements. If somebody plans shenanigans, please contact me first. This to avoid any miscommunications or things that simply cannot happen/are unlogic) Before anybody is going to complain about OP, bullshit or other shenanigans, I have based this entire list on the Nuclear Security Summit what was taken place in 2014, The Hague, The Netherlands. I have on purpose not added ECA material in this. If for instance the Supreme Leader wants to, then he may do it/command it. Yet other leaders may question his decision in the matter that they aren't allowed. If people have questions or want to suggest certain things that occur or may influence The Netherlands in common, please contact me first. I don’t want to see any arguing over questionable spec ops or other dark ideas. I will explain why your plan will not work. The more closer you are planning your operations within the Inner Zone, the higher the chance is that it will fail. Whether it is ‘Russia Stronk’, ‘Murica Fuck Yeah’ or ‘Durka Durka’, you may have high tech or not… detection is very most likely. Do us all a favour, contact me before posting and feeling stupid afterwards. Oh.. and do some background research.. because: ‘I wanna be in the jury’ or ‘I wanna purpose the Death penalty’ is stupid. That’s not a thing within The Netherlands. Also not in the UN. You could become judge for as an example. There are 15 judges. Other positions are maybe possible, but do some research first please. After all, I do the same As soon as the rumours came around that the most feared and wanted terrorist leader was been captured, in combination that he will be bring to justice at the United Nations International Court of Justice, the Dutch prepared to get the security from the that building, the city, the province and even the entire country. As for starters, the Royal Dutch Family has been brought into a classified safe/secured area. Also the Dutch parliament and other politicians who normally seat and work in The Hague are being transported to a different classified location, so they can maintain their work but lack access to their ministries’ offices. Local Dutch civilians are suffering under the heavily protection and security protocols. It’s not that they dislike it, it is more the problems that it gives with certain roads locked and other areas are a ‘No-Go’ area. People with a criminal record are being transferred out of the Inner Zone. They are being offered hotel rooms at various different locations within the Netherlands. All borders of the Netherlands are closed. Normally, under the Schengen-treaty, most (West) European countries have open borders. Everybody with an EU citizenship is able to travel free within these countries. But with this summit, this treaty will be overruled for the amount of time that is necessary until the Court session is over. At the borders of the Netherlands with Belgium and Germany is everybody being stopped to check up with their cars and belongings, to seek forbidden materials or weapons. Only 50% of the highways are not entirely being closed, because the logistics cannot be shutdown entirely. There are multiple scanners at the borders who beam through the cars with X-ray vision to check for hidden compartments or other questionable forms that will be displayed/discovered by these machines. Also there are radiation and explosive component scanners on the same areas as there are those x-ray scanners. Even more than that, they are also being deployed at the key roads near The Hague, Port Rotterdam, and Schiphol Airport. In The Hague itself are more of these scanners, in combination again with the mobile X-ray scanners. Furthermore are the borders, and especially the ‘open high-way border sections’ heavily guarded and there is a lot of police and military personal patrolling in those areas. Every questionable vehicle or person are being pulled over and will be inspected. The Dutch Secret Service is also patrolling at the borders, and at some key positions. Also within the Inner Zone and: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Schiphol Airport. They have clearance to use deadly force without questioning. Able to drive in anonymous, civilian looking but armoured vehicles, they got a sniper lying stand-by in the back. If a suspect is trying to drive or walk in a classified area, or doesn’t pull over and tries to outrun the police, these cars will pursuit them. Driving in front of them, then the trunk will be pulled open by the driver and the sniper is able to shoot the driver. First attempt will be shoot the tires, yet he has permission to shoot the driver instead. The Dutch Airspace is completely being monitored and most of the areas are locked. Radar installations as well as patrolling F-16’s (or Raptors or what we have at that moment in 2046 haha) from the Dutch Royal Airforce will maintain these procedures. These planes will communicate with all incoming aircraft and force them to land. Any aircraft that will fly near or in the ‘No Fly Zone’ will be taken out. Only aircraft from the world leaders are allowed to land at Schiphol Airport. The ‘Polderbaan’ strip will be locked down and being used for the leaders planes. The Dutch Military will secure the area around the Polderbaan. Civilian aircraft can still use the other 5 strips: Kaagbaan, Zwanenburgbaan, Buitenveldertbaan, Oost-baan and Aalsmeerbaan. Pilots will be informed about the special procedures and require to maintain contact. If they do not follow procedures, they will be forced or shot down. The Dutch A44 Highway will be closed and be locked down. Every ramp that provides access to this highway will be blocked with concrete walls. Also, the small piece of the A5, and the regional road N44 will be the same. This results that there will be only 1 road from Schiphol Airport to the Peace Palace in The Hague. When this special road is used, it will be closed. When it doesn’t, it will be open for 50% with the presents of police, secret service and military vehicles to keep eyes everywhere. The QMB system (Quickchange Moveable Barrier) will be used for this operation. All smaller airfield within the ‘No-Fly’ zone will be shut down. Companies and travellers/tourists will be compensated and/or having a detour and land on a different airfield. Of course, extra costs will be compensated. Port Rotterdam will be guarded and secured by the Dutch military and the police. Furthermore, the Dutch Navy have several vessels on the North Sea. Several patrol boats, 2 submarines, and some frigates/destroyers. These are being occupied by the Royal Dutch Marines, who also patrol on the coast/beaches within the Inner Zone. The Dutch Royal Airforce mainly operates from 2 airbases in the Netherlands for this event. Other airbases will be just stand-by (yes we have more damnit). Those 2 bases are in Volkel and Leeuwarden. The refilling of the patrolling fighter jets will happen in mid-air or being replaced by another jet. Only airbase Valkenburg will also be part of this event to take care/charge of the Apache and other helicopters. The most advanced and important Radar Station is in Nieuw Milligen. This station is in continuously in contact with some AWACS planes (by default. I have no idea what that would be in 2046). The Inner Zone is basically The Hague and 20 kilometres in radius. Also the special highway that will be opened and closed when needed, will fall under this. The No Fly Zone will be 50 kilometres in radius with the exception of Schiphol Airport. But only aircraft may approach it from North East side. Basically 2 o’clock if you put a clock on it with the 12 to the north. Yet, the No Fly Zone will be 100 kilometres on the sea/ocean side of the Netherlands. Only The Royal Dutch Aircraft will be allowed in this airspace for security reasons. When the leaders will approach this zone, they will be escorted by the Royal Airforce for safety reasons. When the Leaders are moving on the roads, they will again be escorted by police on motorbikes. Also with the assist of military Apaches, who will fly around but not cause any sound disturbance/complains. At several places in The Netherlands are Patriot Missile Batteries and NASAM's deployed. In order to secure even the airspace at the country borders. Some of these Anti Air weapons are even deployed in city squares. Under protection of some infantry to keep an eye on what’s going around. Because of several concerns, there will be no weapons allowed within the Peace Palace, other than the rubber and stun/dart guns carried by the security personal. The Dutch Military patrols around the building with normal lethal bullets and ammunition. The Palace windows are all bulletproof and the access paths will be blocked by roadblocks. Even some locations have 'container-walls' able to block vision, scopes and bullets. In combination with these concerns, there will not be allowed other military or armed guards within the Inner Zone. If somebody will be detected carrying a weapon, the Dutch Military have the clearance to use deadly force without asking. The show is about to start....

January 6th, 2047 1130 Hours, Local Time Hague, Netherlands ETA to the case of Al Ghazi vs the United Nations: 90 Minutes
As Omar looked down in the shadows, contemplating his options, he felt the Conquistador landing. He looked up as he felt the all-too-familiar bump of an aircraft landing on a runway. It was nearly time. As he looked around to make sure that he was alone, he took the communicator from his sleeve, turning it on and beginning to whisper several numbers into it, listing off only the words, "after, order, and prepare," to those on the other side. He then slammed the communicator on the ground and smashed it beneath his foot, kicking the remains to a shadowy corner of the cell. He expected a great amount of security in Hague. He expected the butts of rifles hitting his head, should he misbehave, but what did he have to misbehave for? However, before he had time to think on anything else, however, Rosalinda walked in and opened the cell, only to have two European riflemen grab him by the shoulders.
" Levez-vous, terroriste [Get up, terrorist]!" one ordered. Omar got up as the cuff around his ankle was released, looking to the pair of guards as he was forcibly pushed out. As he stepped out into the light, he saw a great deal of armed guards, including what appeared to be two exosuits.
Heading down the aisle of soldiers, there was a large APC, where not only the metal abominations of men were awaiting, but a familiar, eyepatched man awaited him.
"So you did it...I must admit, I had my doubts that I could keep running."
(OOC: Short, uninspiring, and somewhat-poorly written. I have no excuse other than I'm bored and want to start the case.)

Airspace of the Netherlands
09:37 North Sea
“Central Command, we are picking up an incoming objects on high altitude. Are we expecting company? It’s heading straight to the ‘No Fly’-zone. ETA: 20 minutes. Waiting orders…” After this radio message, several data were compared to one another. It was indeed the Conquistador. The heavy legendary aircraft, containing the most feared terrorist of all time. Within seconds, the entire Dutch High Command were updated about this progress. “Send a couple of jets to escort them to Schiphol Airport! I will notify the local officers there” The supervising lieutenant ordered. “Affirmative. Orders are transmitted… now..”
09:39 Dutch Airspace
4 Dutch fighter jets left the Dutch Airspace to intercept the Conquistador. To guide it to Schiphol Airport. Where already the heavily armed and armoured convoy was waiting to obtain ‘Package-0’, as Omar Al Ghazi was called in this operation. “Jet 8, to group. Eyes on the Conquistador. Jet 9 & 10, take the left side. 7 and me will cover the right. Cover the Conquistador. Package-0 is on board. Schiphol, stand-by…” as the leading pilot ordered and informed the parties involved. After communications occurred between the Dutch jets and the crew of the Conquistador, the party continues to head on to Schiphol Airport.
09:47 Schiphol Airport.
“This is Colonel Stuyvesant. Get ready. Weapons check, Polderbaan-airstrip check. Airspace above Schiphol cleared for the next 15 minutes completely. Package-0 expected in 3 minutes! Is the highway locked and completely under control?” “Yes sir, the road is locked and secured. It’s ours now.” Was the answer from one of the communications officers. As the military personnel readies their vehicles, weapons and radios. Civilian spectators were hold on a safe distance as they were earlier body searched before even are allowed on the terrain of Schiphol. Within these civilians were several ‘Aircraft Spotters’. News was that a large special aircraft was expected, and even not forgetting several planes from various leaders.
09:50 Schiphol Airport Airspace
An enormous aircraft was coming down. Attempting to land on the Polderbaan-airstrip. Escorted till the end by 4 jets, who now were unneeded and ordered back to various patrol areas, the Conquistador touched ground. The engines slowly dying as the aircraft was guided by the air control tower to one of the parking spots. Colonel Stuyvesant stood in front of an infantry squad. Suppose to give the military greet and honour to the crew of this American War Aircraft. The cargo bay door hatches as the first crewmembers of this craft stepped outside. Soon the Colonel sees 2 women stepping outside. He moved his arm and the entire Dutch infantry squad brought the military salute. “Colonel Stuyvesant, Captain” Stuyvesant greeted the two woman. “Package-0 save and secured? Ready to be taken over?” Colonel Stuyvesant ordered by radio that the truck what will transport ‘Package-0’ is required at the loading bay of the Conquistador. Along with this heavy armoured truck came an entire convoy with it. Various of jeeps, light armoured but fast vehicles, and some open trucks to cover the transport vehicle. Waiting till they can leave Schiphol, when Omar Al Ghazi is loaded over to the truck. With ‘Package-0’ in the truck, the convoy is moving from Schiphol Airport to the highway. Entirely empty on only some military vehicles on several spots, this large convoy is heading to the Peace Palace of the United Nations in The Hague. Apaches (or whatever the Dutch have in 2047) are flying along with the convoy. Colonel Stuyvesant send word to Central Command that the convoy is on its way and that the leaders may arrive 2 hours later due security reasons.
10:15 Inner Zone
The convoy with ‘Package-0’ entering the so called Inner Zone, local command, lieutenant-general Van Heemskerck, of The Hague took the super vision over. Colonel Stuyvesant will be supervising Schiphol Airport for the upcoming aircraft of the world leaders. They also will receive security and escorts for safety purposes. “Package-0 will arrive at 10:34. Stand-by till further command” Within The Hague, alarms went off at every military, police, military police and the secret service. They knew the convoy was coming. Everybody was on full alert, and if they weren’t, they became it with this notification. Some roadblocks around and in the centre of The Hague were deployed. A few parked vehicles were towed away already in the morning. Local population were informed about these matters, so many already dealt with this yesterday. The Dutch took ECA’s Intel very seriously. Media was hold on a distance. Only a select amount of journalists were allowed, who were double checked earlier. A small amount of them were allowed outside the Peace Palace. Others inside in the Court Room itself.
10:28
“This is Lieutenant-General Van Heemskerck. Status on Package-0?” “Package-0 still on-route. Everything goes by the books. Convoy-leader out” “Affirmative leader. Over and out.” Van Heemskerck checked up with other checkpoints. “Excellent. Get me Colonel Stuyvesant on the line!” “Colonel Stuyvesant stand-by, come in Lieutenant-General Van Heemskerck.” “Colonel, how is the crew from the Conquistador doing on Schiphol?” “Doing alright Lieutenant-General. A little impatient, but still waiting till they get green light to leave the perimeter to head on to the Peace Palace.” “Okay, well keep them there. You know the drill. They may leave at 10:50. The leaders and other special guests may leave at 11:50” “Affirmative. Colonel Stuyvesant out”
10:34
After the convoy entered Carnegieplein (Carnegie square) tensions were high. Some people have gathered around the route to try to see a glimpse of the feared Warlord, or just to demonstrate for various reasons. Some are just curious and are hoping to see interesting things to tell about. The convoy turned on the road to the Peace Palace. The gates closed behind them, and the truck with Package-0 stopped exactly at the front door. The convoy halted as the guards of the palace took their positions. The convoy members stepped outside their vehicles and took also various positions. The doors of the truck were opened. 5 men stepped outside. 4 soldiers who were chained to the 5th person, Package-0 aka Omar Al Ghazi. It was hard to see his face expression, but some would call it.. surprisingly relaxed. It was if he enjoys this, the media, the attention and the entire event around this, his, Court Session. He was brought out of the truck, and the chains from the soldiers, and the extra chains around Omar’s feet, hands and body were double checked. The Warlord was brought inside the building to a holding cell in the basement. Waiting till everybody, for example the judges, various leaders, and others who were expected, arrived.

Dmitry was impatient. He had been forced to stay on the outer perimeter until he was allowed to head to the Peace Palace. He had heard that security was going to be tight, but he never expected security to be so tight as to make movement nearly impossible without an escort. He didn't like it: the attention. Paparazi were all present for Omar, but they were also present to interview him for his behavior in the United Nations General Assembly as well. He had let his temper get to him, and he had made a fool of himself on live television. Interviewers called him commercially Russian and made political cartoons that insulted him on his temper, calling him stereotypical. He was NOT amused with these rude statements. "Сэр [Sir]." One of Dmitry's guards walked up to him. He had requested that the Dutch Government allow Dmitry to bring his own contrev of guards, as he did not trust international ones. "У нас есть пятнадцать минут, пока мы не можем пойти в Дворце мира [We have fifteen minutes until we can go to the Peace Palace]." Dmitry continued to scowl at the thought of having to testify against Omar in court, when it was clear that he was guilty of so many more things! If Omar escaped again, Dmitry would make sure that Central Africa would surrender, by any means necessary. "Slava Bogu! My mozhem, nakonets, postavit' eto na otdykh [Thank god! We can finally put it to rest]!" Dmitry said as he began to start packing up. Soon, he would be able to testify against Omar's cruel and extremely insane actions. 1148 Hours, Local TimeOuter PerimeterETA to the case of Al Ghazi vs the United Nations: 72 Minutes
Dmitry looked to his watch as he waited for the transports to start bringing him and other people to the Peace Palace. He didn't see any of the other leaders, but he assumed that they too were present. As he waited, he saw several armored vehicles drive up to the Outer Perimeter, being driven by Dutch soldiers. After Dmitry entered the vehicle with his guards, the car began driving. It was a quiet drive, with the Russian President's scowl permeating the air around him with almost a sense of disdain for this entire affair. Arriving at the Peace Palace nearly 5 minutes later, Dmitry had little time to run in and take his spot in the Peace Palace's courtroom. Although familiar faces were present, the only ones that he could distinguish were the now one-eyed Supreme Commander Jürgen and Premier Wu. It was now a wait until the time the meeting would begin.

(OOC: Should have done this a while ago, my apologies)0950 hours Schiphol AirportJürgen came out of the APC and looked to the driver shortly after the other vehicles came about. "What's the hold up?!" the driver stated. "We'll be having an armored truck to transport the cargo, you've done your job well." He stated, handing the driver some cash. "Go home, be with your family, take a week long vacation, you've earned it." The Driver nodded and drove off after the two venoms stepped out. Jürgen then turned and looked to Omar, scowling, shaking his head before turning to the venoms when the Armored Truck pulled up. "Holen sie ihn innerhalb der gepanzerten LKW sofort und kopf den palast um sicherzustellen, dass passiert leider nichts. Ich werde folgen. (Get him inside the armored truck immediately and head the the palace to make sure nothing unfortunate happens. I will follow.)" he ordered. The Valkyrie nodded before turning to Omar, pointing to him, then to the armored truck with the Viking placing his hands on the terrorist, placing him in the truck before taking to the air and following it to the Peace Palace. Jürgen followed by limo. 1153 hours local time, Peace Palace
Jürgen snarled a bit with the fact that Omar was in the Peace Palace, but at least Xingmin Wu and Dmitry were here already. He already had to give up his weapons to the guards for the trial, but that was to be expected within. Much like Dmitry within, he was not happy what so ever, due to this entire affair. He at least got to keep his flask, which he drank from from time to time, looking at both and nodding to them. He knew he would need to testify against Omar, which was something he smiled to himself at. During the time it took for the trial to start, he thought about what he needed to do in North Africa. He knew what to do, and he knew how to do it, the only thing not in place was the 'when.' If Premier Wu or President Dmitry got involved and helped him, all the better.

Schiphol Airport 12:30"This is Airforce one requesting permission to land.Invitation code one two two three echo charlie zulu.We have a fighterwing escort and will retaliate on hostilities over" Steven was was looking at his papers, memorizing and moving his lips with the words he were to arm himself. The makeup crew came in and did the last touches on his face. "Allright Allright Already!" Steven said pushing the staff back. "Show me whos ready to die for me," A knock on the door was heard only momments later. Eight Vanguard Veterans saluted before him.Looking at them Steven quickly opened under his desk and threw a football at them. Only one of them was fast enough to react and know whats going on to catch it in time. "Good Good....Now how about you boys come for an arm wrestle? We have sometime before we land." The men sat infront of their president and took turns getting beaten. A secretservice woman came in and told Steven: "Rosalinda is already present and the package is delivered." Good Steven said looking at the three other soldiers come in.Pathfinders, unmarked unnamed untaged.Men from the Infamous shadow company. "Do what needs to be done out there, get out of my sight and dont be seen to others" He said as the men saluted and went down to the cargobay for a quick skyfall soon to take place.

Colonel Stuyvesant looked annoyed. He received a message from one of the radar officers: multiple flying objects incoming from the east. Quickly he moves to the room in common to obtain information. When one of the air traffic control tower officers had contact with the pilots of Air Force 1… “Invitation code: One two two three Echo Charlie Zulu, received… Invitation code is correct. Permission to land however: Denied. UN specific policies: no other aircraft is allowed then the leaders assigned aircraft. The only other aircraft allowed are the known aircraft already assigned to this court session. Dutch Fighter Jets are en route. ETA: 5 minutes. You are heading to the No-Fly zone in 7 minutes. The Fighterwing Escort is not permitted to enter this airspace. Over” Colonel Stuyvesant hears the answer from the speakers. Meanwhile he is ordering that some UN ambassadors get to the Tower ASAP. Second, he ordered a squadron Fighter Jets to the air to back them up. And then he refocus to the speakers. Clearly hearing the pilot or pilots of the USA Air Force 1 aircraft: (OOC: be carefull what to do next. re-read my first post if you are not sure; especially the ‘spoiler’ section on top)

"Roger tower controll, airforce one will be in que to land as soon as we can over, escort will RTB back then.See you later fellas, we'll make you proud out there!" From the cargo bay three figures glided down into the city.As for Steven, he was looking forward to speaking with Rosalinda and congradulate her on her capture.Gathering his last papers and putting on his cufflings he would soon be on the ground. Infront of the world to watch and perhaps join the prosucuation.

Post by Viktor Miroslavovich Burov on Jan 27, 2016 17:48:32 GMT
(OOC: Arstotska is the name of the eastern half of Ukraine, which was split from its civil war with the Collectivists. It is considered official, and its capital is Oleksandrija. It is considered time jump material, even though it is not officially mentioned, due to Dmitry not having announced Arstotska's independence.) As the blades of the MI-8 sounded above the skies of the Netherlands, Viktor Burov, Premier of the revolution against Dmitry Molchanov and President of the new country of Arstotska. He was calm, collected, yet anxious about the whole ordeal. Not only was the security extremely tight in the area, but he had been ordered multiple times by Dutch air-control towers to turn back, as he was heading into the “no-fly-zone.” He had brought his therapy dog with him, a Russian Bear Dog named Dusha, as a coping mechanism for his anxiousness. “Мой премьер, нам дали последнее предупреждение. Заказы ?” one of the guards had come into the main bay of the helicopter, and had told Viktor that he had been given a last warning to turn back, or to be shot down. In haste, the esteemed Premier moved to the cockpit and put on the headphones to hear the communication again. “This is Schiphol Air-Control. Identify yourself or prepare to be shot down by orders of General Rotterdam!” the order came in quite clear, and Viktor cleared his throat. “Requesting persimmon to land at Schiphol Airport. I am Viktor Miroslavovich Burov, President of the country of Arstotska and Premier of the Eurasian Collectivists’ League. I am to be present at the trial of Omar Al Ghazi vs the United Nations, over.” Silence permeated the cockpit as he waited for the response. He was anxious, not only to see a world-famous event at hand, but also to see one of his the only two men he admired with childish giddiness: Omar Al Ghazi. (OOC: I got a short time so I replied to both your posts Steven Freephoenix and Viktor Miroslavovich Burov ) Colonel Stuyvesant looked relieved. The American escort fighter jets retreated. There was no need to worry anymore… but then another concerning message came in. “Sir, the jets took off. But Radar Control mentions about 3 ‘boogies’ again at Air Force 1.” “Hmm, and we are sure they aren’t fighter jets?” Stuyvesant asked the officer. “No sir. The USA jets are heading back to where they came from. These are also smaller. It looks like some kind of para troopers. But we need eyes to confirm this.” The colonel nods. “Okay. Send in some apaches as well. There supposed to be a patrol of them around that area anyways. They can intercept. Inform the local ground forces and police to look out to these 3 boogies. Arrest them. Intercept them. If they use force, deadly or not, do not hesitate and take them down. Try not to kill them. But when they do use deadly force… don’t have mercy. Our orders by the UN are clear.” “Yes sir. Apache helicopters are on their way. Perhaps our own jets could have a vision eye on them…”
A few moments later
“Schiphol Air Control Tower to Air Force 1. Permission granted. You may land. Over…” and a couple of minutes later the enormous aircraft landed. Immediately being greeted by Dutch Officials and UN Ambassadors, the American Delegation was offered some of the cars to be transported to The Hague. Yet, of course, they preferred their own vehicles. The cargo bays of the plane opened and the cars where driven out. With a last wave, they took off from Schiphol, escorted by the Dutch, heading to The Hague taking the Closed Route. 20 minutes later
An internal report came in the control room. The 3 boogies were found and arrested. At this moment unknown why they left the plane at the first place, or whatever their goal is, the 3 men were being transported to a secured prison near Schiphol. Prepared to be interrogated and trying to get information out of them what the main reason was about this deal. ….
Moments later the next thing came on the plate of colonel Stuyvesant. And unknown aircraft, a helicopter of unknown origin was entering the Dutch airspace. While lacking contact and the first warnings were delivered to the helicopter crew, the Dutch Anti Air system was already targeting the chopper. Within minutes the missiles will launch, or the jets will take it down… But then there was contact. “Requesting persimmon to land at Schiphol Airport. I am Viktor Miroslavovich Burov, President of the country of Arstotska and Premier of the Eurasian Collectivists’ League. I am to be present at the trial of Omar Al Ghazi vs the United Nations, over.” “This is Schiphol Air Control Tower, please stand by. Maintain course…” but that was a way of buying time. Immediately officers and other officials are making haste to identify this so called leader. Was this legit? Who knew about him? After a few minutes, and some careful Intel interpretation, it was given green light. “This is Schiphol. You have permission to land. Since your party is coming by helicopter, please land in Vector 25A3. Keep your invitations and passports ready for inspection. Over and out.” 20 minutes laterWhen the aircraft indeed was landed somewhere near the Polderbaan-strip, this party was welcomed by the Dutch Officials and other UN VIPs. “Welcome to the Netherlands. May we inspect your papers, invitations and passports?” and they nodded while receiving them. A few moments later they were given back. “Thanks. This will do. We got the transports ready for you. Please take place in the trucks and the escort will guide you safely to the Peace Palace, in The Hague” … let's continue

Post by Dmitry Molchanov on Jan 28, 2016 16:53:25 GMT
As Dmitry put all of his papers in order, he looked around the courtroom to see everyone's tenseness. They were as much on edge as they were excited to put the terrorist leader away forever. In a way, Molchanov could relate. Although he had never had to deal with Omar's shenanigans up to this point, he had felt an air of uneasiness in the United Nations when the terrorist leader arrived. It was a sense of dread, a sense of fear. He seethed it from every bone in his body, and that disturbed Dmitry. Someone that unnerving in person was not someone to be trifled with as far as security was concerned. Molchanov waited, every second ticking by, his boredom growing, until he saw two arrivals enter the courtroom with their cantrev of guards. One was Steven Freephoinex, who looked about as full of propaganda as one could expect. Dmitry didn't hate America. He feared its President, as propaganda was a dangerous thing, even to those who knew how to use it. However, the other arrival arrived with not only a cantrev of guards, who looked Russian, but a large bear dog. Dmitry scratched his head in wonder as the man walked in and took a seat with his animal, keeping it close, almost like an anxiety medicine. "Excuse me! You, guard!" Dmitry yelled to one of the guards to come over, which he did. "What can you tell me about the man with the dog? Where is he from? Who is he?" The Dutchman turned to see the man in Russian military uniform with the dog and turned back to Dmitry. "Mr. Molchanov, that is one Mr. Burov. He says that he is the President of the country of Arstotska." Arstotska? An odd name for a country. Hell, he didn't even know such a country existed. "And where is this 'Arstotska,' may I ask?" "According to his passports and legal information, Arstotska is what was once eastern Ukraine." The dots connected very quickly with Dmitry and he stood up and pointed to the man with the dog, who was busy talking with other members of the courtroom. "What in the name of Jesus Christ are you doing here?!" Dmitry yelled across the room to Burov, all eyes now pointed towards him.

As Viktor landed he was greeted by six men when he opens the door. His dog, Dusha, hops out to inspect the surroundings, and as soon as she sees its safe in her standards, she backs away and 4 of the 20 of Viktor’s personal guards storm out and scan the area for any hazards to the Premier’s safety, then as the all clear is given, the men let their leader step out and proceed to the peace conference 3 Dutch military vehicles escorted him to the meeting. However, before he left, Viktor commanded only 2 of his troops to come with him, while the others returned to the chopper and left him to the Dutch, as to not cause a big scene when he arrived at the Peace Palace. Viktor also brought his dog with him, and while it made the Dutch nervous, Dusha remained as calm and as loyal as ever, helping to calm him down from the stressfulness of the meeting. When he arrived, he saw a good deal of many of the major power players in the world: Jurgen, Xingmin, Steven, and even Dmitry. Although he quickly looked away from the Russian President in order to remain out of conflict.
“Excuse me! You, guard!” he heard the Russian President call over one of his guards, and Viktor began to worry. Sweat dripped from his brow as he saw the President and the guard talking. Eventually, however, he saw the Russian President jump up from his seat and yell out, pointing to him.
“What in the name of Jesus Christ are you doing here?!”

January 4th, 2047 "Using Omar's own arrogance against him. Very clever, Mr. Freepheonix." Wu thought to himself, as his plane began to land in Beijing. The abrupt and unexpected end to the famous UN meeting came as a surprise to almost everyone. The entire thing was recorded on camera, and aired live in China, with millions watching in real time. There was an almost indescribable shock as the infamous terrorist leader got in a fistfight with the Russian President, then proceeded to be announced as a recognized world power, then briefly afterwards was arrested. Now, the people of China had one big question on their minds, what is the Chairman going to do now? What will he say? Newsstations and papparazzi crowded around the landed plane as Chairman Wu descended the escalator of the plane. As he and his entourage marched down the walkway, he was greeted by one of his secretaries, who sprinted down the aisle with a brown envelope. "Mr. Wu! Mr. Wu! I have received an important transmission from Brussels that requires your immediate attention." The handed him the envolope. Inside was a small report, signed by both the ECA Supreme Commander Jürgen Adler and the US President, Steven Freephoenix . Greetings, Honorable Chairman Wu Xingmin,
You, and a few others of your choice, are hearby invited to testify in the Case of Omar Al Ghazi vs. The United Nations at the UN Peace Palace in The Hague.
This historic trial will decide the fate of the infamous Omar Al Ghazi. He must pay for his crimes against humanity.
The trial will start on January 6th. Hope to see you there.
The Chairman paused for a while, contemplating his decision. "Well?" Asked the secretary. The crowd pushed and shoved to get a glimpse of what's happening. Flashes were going around everywhere, and cameras were pointed at the scene. Xingmin Wu let out a sigh. "An international trial against the terrorist?" He said, "Tell them no. I am not interested in testifying." The crowd gasped in sync. "Why?" Asked the secretary, "Omar is your enemy, this is a historic trial! Don't you want to have a say in his fate? The world is watching." "The world will remember me for my actions, not my words," he replied, "I have much more important affairs to attend to. Perhaps our foreign minister, Mang Yu, can show up in my place, but I am not interested in attending. Tell them I will not be there." "Yes, Mr. Wu." Said the secretary. The Chairman and his entourage continued their way down the aisle. The crowd was silent. As he was walking, he turned towards one of his generals. "It's time," he whispered, "begin Operation Lightning." (OOC: My excuse for not being here :potato )

(OOC: Since no one's going to do anything regarding this, then I may as well just start it) "These walls are nothing to me," Omar said to himself. He had been chained and dragged to a holding cell in the Peace Palace. It was demeaning to the esteemed Grand Warlord. He had been captured. The way the guards had treated him, although cruel, made the deformed man feel accomplished in his work. His protege was currently keeping the GLA busy, the rest of the world was distracted, and he had a way to escape. Deep in his thoughts, the terrorist did not hear the door open. "Get up!" Omar merely looked up to the guard who had been sent to retrieve him. His face twitched in irritability as he tried to stand, his arms still strapped to the chair. "How can I, when I am blatantly strapped to this chair?" Omar growled to the guard, who distastefully unstrapped his hands and legs. He was without his toxin, without his weapons. It was madness to him, that he should have to stand in front of many people. Down the Rabbit Hole"Move!" Omar began walking, limping with each step on his left leg. The journey through the halls of the basement of the Peace Palace was quiet, unnerving to the guards assigned to Omar. Each step seemed to echo down the corridors as he walked to what he presumed would be a "jury of his peers" from the rest of the world. It seemed haunting to the guards that Omar was so quiet. "Jesus...someone say something already," one whispered under his breath as they turned the last corridor to the main floor of the Peace Palace. Only a few reporters took pictures of the Grand Warlord as he walked up the stairs. "Okay, enough!" one of the guards screamed in frustration to the flashes of the cameras. The flashes stopped, but Omar chuckled as they continued to walk. What is your greatest fear?"You're scared of them, aren't you?" The guard didn't listen to Omar's words as he asked the question. "You're scared of the flashes. What made you scared of them? The flashes remind you of a time of war? A traumatic event, perhaps?" This time, the guards stopped as a hand from the lead one stopped. He turned to see Omar's glazed, dead eyes. The rotting skin beneath the gauze and burlap, the pair of tubes coming from his throat. It was sickening to see such a man ask such questions. "Look, just shut up and wait until we get to the room!" he warned. Omar merely squinted at him. "You ARE afraid of them! I had a feeling that was the case. The tone of your voice, the urgency to move, the sweat from your forehead? It's all a simple case of what you fear the most..." The guard nearly raised his fist to the terrorist before remembering that this man, no, monster, was trying to get into his head. Instead, the guard turned back and began moving. Although the guard didn't want to admit it in Omar's presence, the guard was indeed afraid of the flashes of cameras. They reminded him of his time in GLA-controlled Congo territory. January 12, 2047 Peace Palace, the Hague 1300 Hours: The Trial of Omar Al Ghazi vs the United Nations to beginasdf
"I cannot allow this...this...terrorist to reside within the walls of the Peace Palace! If you will not remove Viktor Burov active immediately, I will!" Dmitry threatened, only for his protest against Viktor's presence to be interrupted by the door opening. The Black Mamba Arrives
From within the corridors to the Peace Palace, Omar Al Ghazi, the man responsible for Dmitry's being here, had just arrived. The Russian President looked to his watch as the terrorist was brought in. It was 1 PM: the time of the trial to begin. As Omar walked in, he saw many familiar faces: the smug face of Steven Freephoinex, the eye-patched shell of Jürgen Adler, and the ever-spiteful Dmitry Molchanov. The Black Mamba moved to the front of the room, where the 15 judges all present to try him for his "crimes" stood to greet him. As Omar took his seat, the guards chained him to his table. "Well, I'm here...let's begin...
