Dmitry was not pleased. Not only was he being called out by someone who ran an organization not too dissimilar to the GLA in his eyes, but he was going to have to take responsibility for the current stratagem much earlier than he anticipated because Archie couldn't keep his mouth shut. It was going to be a long discussion, and he would've preferred staying home and continuing paperwork on the plan itself, but no. Instead, he was stuck with his three closest friends talking to a man who ran a "civilized" version of the GLA and had to disclose his plans against the African menace. As he sat down, General Ourumov looked to him with a concerned expression. "Pozvol'te mne sdelat' razgovor s Andreyem. Vy mozhete prosto sidet' zdes' i delat' to, chto dolzhno byt' sdelano v etoy tochke, Gospodin Prezident, [Let me do the talking with Andrey. You can just sit here and do what needs to be done at this point, Mister President.]" he whispered as delegates from the nations of the world came to take their seats. He stared at each one with daggers in his eyes and waited for the major parties to take their seats. "YA mog by delat' moyu chertovu dokumenty pryamo seychas, no net. Zaderzhki neizbezhny s Archie, " Dmitry muttered to himself in frustration.

Archibald and his companion was next to arrive. Upon entering the room, he saluted the three Russians, bowed his head slight and greeted them in Russian. Following in after him was what could only be described as a wrinkly bloodhound, a man who was clearly old to the point of fossilised, but was still able to carry himself with an energy that showed that even though he looked like he should have been buried decades ago, he was very much a fit and healthy man. Removing his kepi, this new officer of clearly French background saluted the trio too. "Bonjour, messieurs." He began. "My name is René Philippe Billote. I am Chief Of Staff for The European Continental Army." After his brief introduction, he took his seat beside his superior.

As General Ourumov looked to the chief of European general staff, he smiled as nicely as he could and walked up to the general, holding out his hand. "It is nice to meet you sir," he said, "Army General Sergei Ourumov of the Russian Armed Forces, chief of general staff and awarded the Marshal's Star earlier this year."

"Félicitations, monsieur. (Congratulations, sir)" He replied while giving Ouromov's hand a firm shake. "You must have worked really hard for that award."

"I have, and I am not about to squander its use to being a mere placeholder on my uniform," Ourumov stated coldly. He then turned to Field Marshal Stanford and walked over to him, expression blank and emotionless. "You have caused a great deal of trouble in the past few days sir. I hope we can come to an agreeable consensus and keep President Molchanov from making a brash decision based on his own emotional state towards you."

Archibald looked up at Ouromov and nodded his head.
"I'm sure that you, as a fellow soldier, will be able to be the voice of reason when advising your Commander In Chief with ease and skill, sir."

"And yet, you should, as a fellow soldier, see the threat the GLA poses and want to minimize the casualties of those you are sworn to protect, just as he is sworn to protect his country from within and I am sworn to protect it from outside threats." Ourumov placed a hand behind his back in Napoleonic fashion as he looked at Archibald with an expression on his face that was hard to read into. "We will not be intimidated by anyone, and while I do hope for compromise, that also does include you and your pact sir." General Ourumov then turned back to go and take his seat next to the commander-in-chief of the Russian Armed Forces and the Prime Minister.

Archibald covered his face with his hand so he could silently laugh and roll his eyes at Ouromov's statement without anyone noticing. Keeping his hand there, Archibald called out to his subordinate and beckoned him closer to begin whispering into the French officers ear.

Voronov stared deeply at where he thought Archie's eyes were, as he cowardly hid behind himself. "I do wonder why you are so obsessed with getting in our way, Archibald. After all, these international delinquents with no borders hurt everyone, from the highest bourgeois, to the lowest worker. There is no 'peace and stability' as claimed.. only a temporary silence between attacks, not even a truce or an armistice, until the next GLA assault against civilization. If you want to go to war, then fine. Be our guest protecting an internationally-despised threat to peace with thousands of crimes under their arm." He sighed, and made a 'tsk, tsk' sound before awaiting a response from either his comrades or Archie.

Mendoza was not pleased to be expected by the UN in New York. Barely able to do something usefull back home, he already went on a different plane flying up north. The land of the capitalists...
Only with his personal assistant he walked in the mainroom. Nodding to several other leaders but barely opening his mouth, the SAP president made a nervous and tired impressiom on the others.
He took place at his former seat once more, he folded up his hands and witnessed some Euro/Russo shenanigans. But the main reason that he was expected was the reason why he was so nervous. Perhaps even feightened. He refused to speak openly, while only he spoke with his assistent about SAP business.

The doors openend once more as an entire Chinese delegation entered. A few of them remained in the darkness in the back of this room while the rest walked over to the Chinese assigned seats. Jintao was angry. This is a time where he barelt can keep up his well known pokerface. He felt a disgusting taste. And instead of greeting several leaders, he refused. i.ytimg.com/vi/M_ze1hZJA9Y/hqdefault.jpgNext to him, a well known Chinese general took place. General Ta Hun Kwai was a little calmer then his leader and he stared to a few other military commanders.

Seeing General Kwai and his delegation enter, General Ourumov stood to his feet and walked over to the Chinese delegation to meet a legendary commander from the Global War on Terror himself. He could see the tenseness and anger in Jintao's eyes, and while intimidating, he cleared his throat and waited for Kwai to acknowledge him. The Chinese general turned and Ourumov smiled, holding out his hand. "Dobryy den', my friend. I am Army General Sergei Ourumov, Chief of General Staff and awarded the Marshal's Star earlier this year." He held out his hand in a friendly way to the Chinese general, hoping to understand the tactics of the commander a little better. "And I know you, General Ta Hun Kwai: a veteran of the Global War on Terror. I presume you will be presiding for the Chinese Chief of General Staff today?"

The eyes of Wang Xi Jintao narrowed slighty. A Russian general who comes over unquestioned and immediatly starts to brag about a Russian medal? The insult...
Jintao murmered a few words to his general. Kwai nodded. He stood up and greeted the Russian one quickly.
"I am indeed general Kwai, but not the Chief of the Generals Staff. We urged ourselves to the UN while we had bettet things to do. My leader Jintao ordered me to get this conversation over with. Excuse me, I am expected next to him. Awaiting further speaking or providing of information...." and he stoppwd and sit down after Jintao made a signal to him.

After finishing his discussion with Billotte, Archibald nodded in greeting towards the South American and Chinese delegations.
"Fellow delegates," He began. "While we await the arrival of our American colleagues, I suggest we request that some refreshments be procured. While I and our South American counterparts haven't had as long a journey to endure as the Russian and Chinese delegations, I am certain we would all appreciate some sustenance while we wait."

General Ourumov nodded in agreement with Archibald as he took his seat. However, he noticed that the Chinese delegation's eyes were on President Molchanov and the Russian delegation. He then turned to Molchanov and cleared his throat. The irritable President looked up from his paperwork. "Smotrite sami, Gospodin Prezident. Kitayskaya delegatsiya mozhet prizvat' k voyne mezhdu nami yesli chto-to poydet ne tak, [See for yourself, Mr. President. The Chinese delegation can call for a war between us, if something goes wrong.]" he whispered into Molchanov's ear. The President then nodded and turned to look at the Chinese delegation for a moment, studying each expression with a detail-oriented eye. He then turned to see the South American delegation, which also, while irritated, didn't seem to look nearly as irritable as the Chinese one. Archie and his company of one were, by far, the calmest, and probably most civil about this ordeal. "This might be the first time I'll actually have alcohol if this keeps up," Dmitry thought to himself.
