UN summit chapter:
-Both leaders and governments of the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation will forget the chosen words at the last UN Summit. Both parties will accept the fact that several words are taken in the wrong context.
-Both factions declared not to be each other’s enemy.

Kurmuk Chapter:
-Russia declares that there is no Nuclear Materials and/or weapons in the past and in this very present, nor has it desires to change this in the short future.
-Russia acknowledge Chinese concerns about WMD’s and other powerful (experimental) weapons, with the eye on the very close position of the GLA.
-China will accept the current Russian Research Base/Facility and the outcome of the older ‘battle for Kurmuk-outcome’.
-China declares that there are no plans to remove the Research Facility by any methods, nor will have them in the short future.

Common Chapter:
-Russia will aboard their military manoeuvres at the Chinese border.
-China will acknowledge this and neither will perform manoeuvres to the Russian border.
-Diplomats will stay respected and immune, but requires proper paperwork to reveal as they are assigned official diplomats.
-China declares to acknowledge that under the Administration of Molchanov, the Russian government is not trading arms with the GLA. However, both parties are aware that underground trading happens by the mafia or other dark networks worldwide, with roots in multiple different factions/countries.

Neutral Observer:
-The South American Pact offered to take the role of the Neutral Observer for any of the above statements. As there are any concerns if one of the parties makes themselves guilty of breaking any of these agreement and/or declarations , the SAP can be contacted to investigate. Both leaders, Molchanov and Jintao acknowledge this and will accept the South American Pact presence at the desired location. This will be seen as a diplomatic mission.

Mendoza signed as the third party this agreement. He shaked hands with the other politicians/leaders with a big smile on his face. This Summit is a succes, and Mendoza hopes that this will calm down local SAP politics. "Gentlemen, a glass of champagne would not be a punishment to celebrate this, will it?” Mendoza smiled as the champagne was being poured in the glasses. “Smile for the camera, and let’s bring the good news to the world and your own countries as well.” He ended this Summit.


A little after the photoshoots for the represented press, Mendoza had his opportunity. “Dmitry, I wish to speak to you in private. If you desire, bring premier Voronov with you. Perhaps I need to talk to the both of you… for urgent… troubling… issues…” Mendoza whispered in the Russian leader ears, with a deep serious face expression. …
