I know you denied my request for a 4th account. However, perhaps you want to reconsider this because the US/NAU in common aren’t that active. I hope that this would only be temporary, as I for myself aren’t a fan of multi-faction-accounts.
If however, in your endless wisdom, you still stick with the ‘3 accounts rule’, then I suppose you could lock Mario Costello. For the Croatia event, I can also reply with David Van Rotterdam. But I hope, I could use Costello a little longer.

Personality: The key to Elwood Aykroyd is charisma. He's a smart, suave, attractive, successful, brilliant man. He's the guy that every man wants to be and every woman wants to be with. That's the first level.
The next level is that, with all that's going for him, he's a deeply flawed character. He's an alcoholic, he's egotistical, he's vain, and he's often condescending. In short, he's an asshole.
Elwood Aykroyd is a well-rounded, interesting character. He's not a driven maniac nor some kind of model role boy scout. Americans like Elwood because, at first they want to be him or be with him, and as second, we see his successes in spite of his flaws.
History: Studied both on Harvard and at the MIT. Made his fortune by a successful internet orientated start-up company. Sold this to Microsoft after 3 successful years. As a new project, he began once more such a project. Becoming the competitor for his former project, he once more made a success by using the easy strategy of innovate and improve the weaknesses of his former project. Once more sold to Microsoft, Elwood had enough of this business.
He stepped over to be active in higher governmental regions. Soon he was the face of Military and Technology foundations across the United States. Bypassing the normal way of becoming first a senator, he found his way to the White House pretty easy. Steven Freephoenix got an eye on this man since the improvements at NASA in common, organized by Elwood Aykroyd.
Besides that, he studied Military and Politics in his spare time.

USA: #1. Greatest country of the world. Don’t fuck with ‘Murica!
Russia: Bunch of untrusty commies. Dmitry Molchanov is some kind of a modern commie, selfish hippy, and doesn’t take responsibility. Diplomacy status: ice-cold.
China: Bunch of semi commies. Unpredictable and powerful they are, China need to gain some manners. They remain Neutral in Elwood’s eyes, yet the silent behaviour of Xingmin Wu , and the Forbidden City in common, he find that disturbing.
SAP: Elwood doesn’t really care about it in common but he is aware that there are some connections from the NAU with the SAP in order of business, Diplomacy status: Ally, thanks to the former administration together with Ramon Cañarte Valverde . The SAP and the NAU working together for a better future.
GLA: The States doesn’t negotiate with terrorists. Only in terms of how many bombs they want to receive.
ECA: leaded by a German leader, Elwood Aykroyd doubt that he has true German blood. For what the Secretary of Defense thinks about the Supreme Commander, he is convinced that there is French blood in his veins. Europe remains barely Neutral for this moment, as Elwood is convinced to remain an open door diplomacy policy. Europe has enough to offer, although he isn’t sure how, when, or by whom, but surely not by Mr. Jürgen Adler . The US President is more hostile to the Europeans thanks to the race for technology, space holdings and by forsaken the world with the retreat from North Africa. The Secretary of Defense shares most of these feelings.
UK: Elwood sees the United Kingdom as some kind of a little brother. Elwood respects Mr. Edmund Wilson because of his vision. As seen as Allies.
