An RP simply does not work if everyone acts like they're ten years old.
This is a simple reminder that you're all adults, therefore you should act like adults.

- Accept losses
- See conflict from all perspectives before judging
- Accept the fact that you're not invincible
- Arguing is okay, just don't take anything personally
- Don't attack anyone personally either
- Accept the fact that you will come up with terrible ideas and terrible points, and you can't do anything about it
- Accept the fact that because everyone comes up with terrible ideas, that they're not stupid OR accept that everyone's an idiot including yourself. They're both true.
- Don't dismiss an idea because you think it's terrible. It might not be.
Also, remember that the first step of conflict resolution is accepting that you've done something wrong. Be an adult and apologize first.
And lastly:
Chill the FUCK out. It's an RP. This is literally just fun and games. Don't ruin the fun for everyone else because you're in an bad mood, or you want something done your way.
