Personality: Luigi has a presented character, but remains on the background. He is confident about his goals, and he will do what is needed to obtain them. He has no problem with using lethal force on his opponents, since he is not bounded by the law. Although he has given clearance to use whatever is needed by interrogations, Luigi has never been spotted near such criminal activities.
History: Born in The Netherlands, and the son of one of the most influential Godfathers of that era. Luigi took over control of the family business in his late 30’s. His history remains clouded, as many investigations lead to a dead end. Mostly the investigators went missing or founded dead in some dark area.
His family is in this business for several generations. The family itself is the head of a decent amount of criminal organisations and big mafia families. Unknown is exactly which organisation is part of the Luciano clan. This makes it harder to track the family down.
Luigi and his organisations obtains money from criminal activities like theft, protection money, drugs, women-trade, weapons trade, robberies, stolen art trade, vehicles, extorting, and casino’s.
