A head of a company (buying and selling) or a scientific (for research and development). Too would need a general in Africa, but not a priority.

Ok, although alter the climate barely enters in sane things.Create the Bio, the machine is named "Proyecto Pegaso"... Location: classified (in Brasil for lore).
