Making the factions Complete

Because of the lack of active members, some factions have only one member in them which kinda lessens communication within the Faction Boards. So as to improve the communication in the faction Boards, I would like at least two active members in each faction. For now "All Accounts in One Faction" Rule will not be enforced completely as we lack the numbers to do so. If we take 2 members per faction, we would need 12 Active members.

Here are the stats :-

USA : 1) Steven Freephoenix (bruce) 2) GPU Leadership (skw) and 3) Adam Camo Brown (camo)

China : 1) Xingmin Wu and 2) Zhang Ping

Naga agreed to join China for a while so that solved the one man faction problem.

GLA : 1) Omar Al-Ghazi (naga) 2) __________

Naga told me Shamar Ibn Al Fadhess is going inactive, so GLA will need at least one more active member.

Russia : 1) Dmitry Molchanov (naga) 2) Kuzma Ourumov and 3) Nikolai Shoigu

Naga and Cell have agreed to join Russia for a while.

ECA : 1) Jürgen Adler and 2) David Van Rotterdam

SAP : 1) Ramon Cañarte Valverde 2) ___________

SAP needs one active member.

With that, two people need to make a GLA Character and a SAP Character.
