Whenever you post, your posts will be recognized with the name David Van Rotterdam, an ECA Member. However by using an NPC, I will layer another character over your post. Basically the post made by you (David Van Rotterdam) will look like a post make by another faction member. With NPC's you can RP as another character beyond your restrictions. This is what is happening here, Jurgen the ECA Faction Leader is RP'ing as Prime Minister Of Pakistan with an NPC. Thank you. I'm not sure how long I could go being the neutral party. You RP as the Pakistan Prime Minister till the end. You work out the final decision between yourselves. Thanks !

Fantastic. I hope that he can help design a faction-communications board with sub-factions.

(OOC: Okay. Seriously. How the hell does a conventional artillery gun have a range of 2000km, Without propulsion, all the kinetic energy to "throw" the shell has to come from being fired, You'd have to fill the whole damn barrel with propellant or use freaking helium balloons for ammo? Even technologically, the only nation to feasibly have even a tenth of that range on any form of gun artillery would be the ECA)

(OOC: Blame SWR, as far as I and Nag are concerned, that's the range we were given. We sadly cannot find any documentation to prove what we believe, even though I am adamant that I read that it had a range of 2000km. Admittedly, it is impossible in reality, but we're in a world where South America can control the weather. So, yes, it is strange, it is impossible, it is downright outlandish, but it's irrelevant considering that the Tremor will be dismantled.)

Edmund WilsonIt is time now for this week's update to be posted on SWR Forums. The training system needs to be explained in this update along with whatever has happened in this week.

As I also said yesterday on skype.. provide the numbers. 2000 km is straight from Moscow to Berlin and you still got a spare of 150 kilometres. I want to see documentation on this, else it is illegit. Second, he is right that in game the ECA has the best conventional artillery. IRL, the best artillery posseses a range from 150 kilometres. Since the Tremor is classified as a Super Weapon, I propose that the range is 200-250 kilometres, with a minimum range of 50 kilometres, and that is even an enormous range. Lorewise, 2000 kilometres is rediculous. If we check upon the Lore, than the Russians didn't need the Topols after all. They could easily level Europe with some of their artillery strikes. Both you Edmund Wilson and Dmitry Molchanov agreed to that on Skype. So despite your arguements that SWR said it.. it is rediculous. Period. There is no discussion about it. I repeat me again. Edit those ranges to a more logical number. What if I say that the Scud Storm has a range of 5000 kilometres? Would you believe me? And what if I tell you that I am one of SWR? (Yes I am, although my current project has stagnated)

(OOC: Okay. Dave. We've already gone over this. It's over. End of story. It's ridiculous. It's impossible. We get it. But, it won't matter since it's being decommissioned as a Russian military weapon lore-wise.

But, it won't matter since it's being decommissioned as a Russian military weapon lore-wise. Admit it. The treaty isn't signed, nor we got the evidence that the Tremors will be destroyed. Even if so.. Tremors still are buildable. I agree with Whale. 2000 kilometres is plain stupid. IF you continue this, I will make my own Wunderwaffe. Be realistic, you even admit it here. Only thing I ask, chance the numbers and I will not interfere in this event anymore! Edit: CRAP. wasn't aware that I was logged in with Elwood. my bad. it supposed to be David Van Rotterdam

(Alright. I can change the numbers to be a little more fitting. However, if it were to be realistic, the Tremor wouldn't be banned in accordance with the treaty. However, it can be banned under the pretense of showing equal terms.)
