Note: This is because no one has taken Russia's helm yet. I am still taking its responsibilities according to the 2 months deadline having arrived.

Ne so mnoy.) [Hand someone power, and reveal their true character. This was the case with Andrey. Not with me.]"

Name: Dmitry Leonidovich Molchanov (Дмитрий Леонидович Молчанов)
Faction to Join: Russian Federation
Age: 43 as of 2040
Nationality: Original nationality Russian; currently serves the Russian Federation
Personality: Although Dmitry is, like any Russian, mainly against Western "imperialism," he is still a man of reason, and unlike Voronov, he would gladly end his wars with the NAU through diplomacy if it meant saving more Russian and CSTO lives than going against them. Despite his political power, Dmitry is a very non-formal person, and tends to stay closer to that of a Russian citizen, than that of the Russian President. He goes so far as to go on walks around Moscow without personal escort (that's seen), or even spend his free time playing video games and being online than on more important matters. It's almost childish in the way he acts, but that does not mean that he isn't a bad leader. In fact, he is a very strong and capable leader when he needs to be, making sure that the security and safety of the Russian Federation is not threatened by the likes of the NAU, ECA, or the GLA. His generally carefree personality and his determination to run the Russian Federation back into success make him a good, but not exemplary leader.
His opinions on the leaders of the world varies, like many diplomats, but unlike the others, he's not afraid to speak his mind about them and makes his positions on them quite clear. His opinion on Xingmin Wu is mixed, but he has gone on record saying to a news team that, "Premier Wu is a good man in person, but given my personal opinion on communism, I can only say that his talents could be better suited elsewhere." His opinion on John Miller stems mainly from what he saw of him during his summit at the UN in mid-2045, but after his impeachment, his opinion changed drastically; "When I first met him, I found him odd, given his Amish heritage, but given what he's done to the North American Union, I can only say that he was better-suited for the years of the American Civil War rather than for the modern world; good riddance!" His opinion on the now-replacing Senator Steven Freephoenix is seen as passive-aggressive, having said that, "I don't like him. He's too much of a propagandist to do any good in the world, and his statements in the UN frightened me." To Jürgen Adler , he has mixed feelings as well, saying that, "While I do not deny that Mr. Adler is good as a soldier out on the field, let alone a commander, he is not a politician; no one would have stooped as low as to negotiating with terrorists." This statement can only conclude that Dmitry believes, like most world leaders, that Adler is as incompetent as the propaganda his predecessor spat out towards the Russian population about the world. While he has not met Ramon Cañarte Valverde , his relations with the South American Pact tend to shift his opinion of the leader towards the middle, saying that, "I cannot really say if I like him yet or if I dislike him." Like other world leaders, Dmitry disdains Omar Al-Ghazi , and his public opinion on him would seem childish and immature, or even comedic; however, he remains serious, even angry, when he talks of the warlord. He has gone on record saying that, "While Omar can sway many to his cause, he is nothing but a no-good, dirty, sandmonkey, and a mail-decreed, run-of-the-mill, Dr. Thrax wanabe that has no place in a world of peace! And that's only if he's decently humane enough to not be spat upon!"
History: Known by the alias Новый Горбачев, meaning "New Gorbachev," Dmitry Leonidovich Molchanov is the new president of the Russian Federation and former vice president to Andrey Voronov. He was born to Leonid Aleksanderovich Molchanov, a military man whose own family was alive during the Cold War. Leonid was extremely fond of the Russian military, and taught his son everything he knew. However, Dmitry did not wish to be a mere military grunt like his father. He looked up to leaders like Mikhail Gorbachev and Vladimir Putin for guidance, and after Secondary School, he went to Moscow State University for not only a major in history, but also a major in law and politics, earning him a high place among Russia's elite minds.
Eventually, he met Andrey Voronov, the man who would later become the controversial president of the Russian Federation. After getting on Andrey's "good side," he became a minister of the Russian Federation in 2038, with Dmitry meeting Alexei Ourumov, a promising commander of the Russian military forces that would eventually become an important man for him to work with. After the landslide victory of Andrey's first election, and with new elections underway in 2043, Dmitry was publicly endorsed by Alexei Ourumov to be the Russian Prime Minister, where Andrey, once again, won in a landslide victory. However, during Andrey's second presidency, Dmitry noticed that the Russian Federation had become more aggressive towards the NAU, and was making some of the same mistakes that led to the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 1990s. As a result, when Andrey "disappeared" on September 28th, 2045, Dmitry became President of the Russian Federation due to his position as Prime Minhster. Shortly after taking office, and in an extremely controversial move after formally demoting the also-missing General Suvorov Sukhoi, Dmitry put his long-time political and personal friend, Alexei Ourumov, into the position of his Chief of Military Staff. Only a few days afterwards, Dmitry started a summit in the United Nations addressing the various issues of the time, including the situation in Cyprus, which had spiraled out of control and led to months of conflict between the Russians and the United States, and the Solaris satellites above the Russian Federation. Since then, his current goals have been to bring Russia out of its economic depression due to overspending on military infrastructure, completely dismantle Andrey Voronov's massive anti-western propaganda machine and the Russian Old Guard, and to eventually stop the threat of the GLA to world peace once and for all.
Personal Life: Dmitry takes his personal life more seriously than his political life, despite never having married. He did, however, adopt a son who currently lives in Ukraine. However, he believes that his son currently is living in St. Petersburg. He owns a 13-year old German Shepard, Malamute, Wolf-mix named Chita who stays with him in the Kremlin. He spends his free time online talking with friends from outside his country's borders, walking his dog around Moscow, and playing video games. He has openly stated that his favorite game of all time was the American Sly Cooper series, having collected everything related to the series. (tried to base Dmitry more off of what I do in real life. )
Position(s) Held: President of the Russian Federation (Leader), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation
