Honestly, at this point, I think the best option with what Karp and co have done is a cleanup effort, modifying their cases of blatant god-modding on a case-by-case basis here.
Primary concerns:
Europe Neutrals
Cyprus

if the Neutral States of Europe are again up for questioning, then I call dibs.
Yet I was requested to deal with this by Sam.
I did deal with it, made a decent 'case closed' story and got rid of 2 very questionable newsreports.
for as I still have strong strungling feelings about that matter.
PS. I think it's best to just cut off the last part of those stories, glue the pieces together and try to move on.
otherwise we will lose more and more time. is that worth it?

Agreed. We need to restart the issue with the Neutral States. But first, we should finish Cyprus, because that spiraled out of control very quickly.
