With all of the Russian federation factions either inactive or gone.(They switched to a nationstates roleplay) The RP'ers have decided to phase russia for the time being. With the Iranian Hostage crysis happening :It will be presumed that Andrey was rushed back to moscow.Rather then sending a handfull of men to counteract the threat.Afterwards with growing internal more domestic issues, taking a step back from global politics just like in zero hour. Thus theese were agreed apon: All CSTO and Russian territorys would be untouchable. Russian Generals and Leader would be untocuhed and presumed to be retired when new members come -Unless they return to the RP (Unlikely) Russia never responded to madagaskar so It'll be decided between Rosalinda and the GLA Cyprus Battle:For it to be split 50-50 Like North and south korea. The ECA has informed me that they will take Russias place in the Iranian hostage crysis Now the current problems are: The neutral territorys between russia and europe.AFter a disagreement on what had happend Sam decided they should remain white.There should be the option of reopening the race to aquire thoose states for grabs. - Greeece and Americas war, Plus the peace treaty of cyprus.
- I require a technology from russia
- Plus: a story to Phase out russia
My suggestion is for a peace treaty to happen between the US and Russia.
For the sake that they DEVIDE the territorys and the US doesnt automaticly win by default(cause nobodys there to lead the russians)
America will have access to the russian technology they need.(Compression missles)
Or we could just have cyprus all american.Would be a shame after such an epic battle thou 
Second issue:
For future instances how do we trade with russia as they are phased? Is the option removed compleatly?

First of all in order for me to accept that Russia is completely inactive, the Russian Leader Andrey Voronov has to mention that he is going inactive. If, all the Russian members go inactive, at least one member from here (Who is not a Faction Leader) will have to switch over from his faction to Russia as it's impossible to manage a faction without a member and it's not possible to phase out/make a faction inactive. That member will manage Russia's affairs as Faction Leader from then on. So, I will for now wait for Andrey Voronov reply before we continue. Answer please. |

Ok, so it seems that I didn't get any PM's from the normal members. At this point, Omar Al-Ghazi is willing to manage Russia temporarily along with GLA.
I will try to mail the new members : @derkrieger and @comrademp to see if they are willing to manage Russia. Other then those are GPU Leadership and Jacob Sanswe willing to lead Russia ? |

Ok, so Omar Al-Ghazi will be the temporary faction leader of Russia whereas Xingmin Wu will be the second temporary Russian member. Both members will moderate each other's actions within Russia to ensure that they don't use Russia to give an advantage to their Home Factions. Xingmin Wu make another account and post an application. |

Yes you can, but if you fight against your own faction, you will fight against another member of your home faction or Cell will fight the battle against your home faction and vice versa. After all fighting against yourself would be kinda odd. |
