2045 Recent GLA Aggression

"No. A fear tactic is imperialists, like yourselves, preparing a military force for warfare in territory that does not belong to you. A fear tactic is exerting your will in countries that do not wish for it. What I am doing is showing you imperialists what you force upon others. A sense of demonic, all-consuming fear." Everyone in the room turned to the entrance to the room to see the formerly dead Omar Al Ghazi's television rolling in with four Liquidators behind it. As soon as it entered, guns were trained on the Liquidators.

"Don't even think about it. They have diplomatic immunity until they leave." Omar's disfigured mouth curled into what could be considered a grin. "Now, what I did in Sudan and Chad was a warning that I will repeat. Abandon Africa, or you will bring death to all who follow you."
"That's it! Security!" one of the UN staff members said, only to be pushed away by the Liquidators.
"I do not make idle threats. And I do not consider this a threat. I consider it a promise. If you abandon Africa to their rightful owners, then there would be no quarrel. There would be no struggle. This meeting would not be happening, and you would go about your lives peacefully." Omar then had one of his Liquidators present film of the events in Sudan and Chad.
"Now, is this what you want? Soldiers choking and dying on their own personal demons? Or do you want to say something more about my so-called 'aggression?'"

Listening to Mr. Miller and his threats had Omar scratching his chin for a minute or so, especially with his Liquidators on the line as potential collateral for what could've been the upcoming war against "terror." He respected the man, but he had to be put in his place.

"Mr. Miller, I believe that there are two particular mistakes that you've made in that bravado-laced speech of yours. Firstly, if you are a leader of the "free world" and America is an advocate of the notion of peace, why do you not just set an example and give Africa to its rightful owners, instead of making their populaces grovel to colonial invaders? To speak the truth here, you are contradicting yourself as leader of the "free," once again, "FREE" world. Secondly, even though your chemical suits are the undisputed "best" in the world, you still have a lot to learn about me and my own chemical experiments. I am not like my mentor, Dr. Thrax, cooking up liquid methamphetamines in a rudimentary basement laboratory. The chemicals I've demonstrated were professionally made, not in rudimentary basements by drug addicts, but by an accomplished, college-graduated chemist. Your nation is one of peace more than warfare, according to your coat-of-arms, and yet you have the audacity to continue your colonial and imperialistic invasion into Africa." Omar took a deep, wheezing breath before coughing. He had proved his point to President Miller. Now it was time for him to prove his cases to the other nations of the world present.
"And to the other colonials. I've made my case with you regarding what I want. Retreat from Africa and give the African people back their lands, or there will be consequences, both for your colonial timeshares and your homelands. This is not a threat that I make out of spite. This is a promise I make out of the desire to free an imprisoned people. I have seen your armies preparing for war. If you wish to bring your horrendous gasses, and napalm, and various weapons of mass destruction to devastate another group of people, then so be it, but know this: I will not stop resisting until my dying breath. However, I am not just a cruel and unforgiving man. I do implore everyone here to be the "better man" and leave the African colonies to their rightful owners. My methods may seem extremist or downright genocidal, but I can assure you that your forces will not be harmed if they are pulled out active-immediately at the close of this summit. Make the right choice, or you will bring death to all who follow you." It was then that one of the Liquidators slammed an hourglass upon the table.
"The clock is ticking."

Jürgen Adler rubbed his temples as President Miller spat used chewing tobacco at the Television set that the current GLA Warlord used as a way to communicate to his 'colleagues', even more so when President Varonov threatened the American President with the force of arms. After a bit of time, he sighed and turned to President Miller.

"President Miller, while the Building of the United Nations is on your soil, you should calm yourself down! Despite the fact that Omar al Ghazi is a bloody terrorist who has detonated two holy cities on their holiest of days, as well as detonating three chemical weapons in three different places, every man deserves at least a smidgen of respect, even if they deserve none." He stated as he turned to the Russian President. "As for you, President Varonov, your statement to President Miller could very well be well founded, I do suggest you turn your attention to the true threat. I do, however, agree with your early statement that Warlord Omar is a hypocritical murderer." He then turned to the TV currently used by the four liquidators to bring Omar. "As for you, Warlord Omar Al Ghazi, I care not about your pitiful words and empty scare tactics to bring people underneath your iron boots, all of the world will know who you are, even those who are your alleged supporters, many people of the Global Liberation Army, whether fanatic or supporter, around the world call you a hero for taking out many political leaders. However, a hero doesn't use scare tactics to achieve what he desires. You started this war, plunged the world into chaos, and now the world knows you're here. You will be brought to justice for your crimes, and peace will be restored!" He stated, his face red with blood and anger.




"I may not be the most violent of us here, as an old saying goes, NEVER push a loyal man to the point where he no longer gives a flying ratte-esel! As for that 'diplomatic immunity' you claim that your liquidators have, whether or not you have the right to be here, I do not believe you OR your liquidators were on the roll call sheet. So unless you have something äußerst beachtenswert to say, I suggest you and your liquidators leave, or I have the guards of this building do so before Premier Wu, President Miller, or President Varonov shoot your liquidators by their own hands, as well as kicking out the television you are currently using to speak to us!"

The Chinese leader stared blankly at the screen during Omar's speech. At the end, he let out a chuckle.

"I don't remember the likes of the GLA ever having a history of solving problems diplomatically.", Mr. Wu said. "As I recall correctly from the original conflict in the 2020s, the UN sent ambassadors to Central Asia to try and broker a peace deal. The GLA responded by ambushing the convoy with a car-bomb, killing all of the UN peace ambassadors. Don't pretend you're the peaceful one, after killing hundreds of thousands in nuclear terrorist attacks against innocent civilians. It makes me wonder how an average catholic tourist visiting the vatican can possibly be considered a target for death. Save your 'way of the people' joke for stand up comedy, people love situational irony.

Either way, you are still in no position to make demands. The influence of the GLA are now reduced to nothing but a loose state in the middle of the African jungle. Sure, you may have caught the europeans off guard, and snuck a bomb through the hardly functioning middle eastern states, but now the world knows. Now, these acts of violence has turned the whole world against you once again. If you were smart, you'd be the one begging for peace. Swallow your pride, and give up on your arrogant delusional view of this world."

Chairman Wu seemed unimpressed.

"We don't simply come to consensuses with the GLA, and I doubt the world is willing to negotiate with you after what you have done. I believe I am losing PR right now just speaking to you.

I believe a good system of education is a vital component of a healthy state, and since it seems your anarchistic excuse of a state does not have one, I'll try to educate you on how the world works. First of all, you can't kill indiscriminately, then claim you sympathize with victims. Second, you can't be a hypocrite and expect people to trust you. And third, you can't expect the world to give what you want after you treat it like filth.

Why don't you educate your followers on the real reason why you want the world powers out of Africa? So you can have it to yourself. With the world powers gone, you will be the lone power in control of the region, and nobody can really stop you from doing whatever you want, right? That however, is nothing but delusion. You know we won't back down and betray our african allies, because you don't want us to. You want war. Your whole reason for being present here is to justify your war, and pretend you're the good guys.

Even if we do comply, with our militaries gone, remember that the people have not been subjugated to your propaganda. They know the GLA dirtbags will only bring poverty, death and oppression, and they will fight hard against you. They will fight to preserve their wealth, their rights, their education, and their culture, none of which exists in the zone under your control. Forget these delusions, Omar, or face the wrath of the world."

Miller was actually wathing the meeting going on without much care.In his hands was a chisel and a pieace of wood that had marks and carvings to suggest it was a triangle of sorts.

With an abrunt yawn miller got up and looked at the other leaders.I thought more of you would be here to discuss actions and not just speak words.Even you Mr.Andrey, even with your forced conscription of the cypriot locals to fool the world they wish you here.Unlike our forces who've been demanded by the cypriotian lobby in the US.Now by all means, I've heard of quite much about your millatary or should I say your beloved CSTO? Curerntly General Adam Brown has dedicated him and his Marines to the relief mission in Mecca, where the most damage has been done.

Your right that the americans have left Cyprus alone, but our Canadian brothers have finished their mission, while you were gaining ground that we left behind to rush to the aid of to thoose in need.You were more inclined on your own thoughts, a fight agaisnt the gla doesnt seem to be in much of your intrests and with the unexplainable jamming that Mr.Adler has mentioned, one can only guess how deep your ties run.
We may not have the advantage as of yet, due to our second landfall apon cypriot shores but our canadian allies do not need to be spoken for.
They're action of pushing you off this island will be louder then any words I can spare for their unorthodox tactics.
