Today a old threat looming on the horizon. Masks its imperial intentions and pretending to be a victim of political games on neutral territory. Then uses force and takes to control a crucial artery of world trade. UN ambassadors, believe in the lies of the NAU? Really believe that this will be his last action?

The SAP, notwithstanding, it will ignore the ridiculous charges and accusations, in pursuit of release the Canal peacefully. Meanwhile, if the channel is not in the hands of Panama, the SAP has decided establish a naval "quarentine" on both sides of the Canal. Every ship should be reviewed in search of any attempt of sabotage, especially if they carry military cargoes, and they will be inventoried.
Any attempt to stop the inspection , or attack directly to the fleets will be considered an act of war.
SAP does not want bloodshed, simply will guarantee the normal world trade and keep their boats safe. But, any attack and that day the Panama canal will see the deploying from the South American Army.



Can NAU make things easier, and simply return control to Panama. We are confident that the Canal will be free passage for everyone, but if NAU tries to bring more troops it is out of fear. On behalf of the SAP´s citizens, is preferable to return the canal.

While not normally one for deciding on conflicts on other countries, he was compelled to agree with Premier Wu. While Miller was right in most ways, he could not help but feel that Premier Wu was also telling the truth. He listened as Premier Wu made his claim. After thinking for a moment at what he stated, he simply nodded in agreement.

Turning to President Varonov, he was less than impressed.

"It does concern me, President Varonov, when any weapons threaten the lives of innocent civilians going about their daily lives, who have done no wrong against any country. Returning from his seat in the United Nations back to his desk to see the world news, it was only a moment before he saw the logo of the Global Liberation Army.



"Was zum Teufel dieses Mal falsch ist?!" He cursed in German as he sunk in his leather office chair before picking up a pen. It was only a fraction of a moment before he saw the GLA Warlord. He gasped as he spat out the cigarette and stamped it out before reading for a bottle of a light alcoholic beverage, pouring it into a glass, and draining it, allowing the alcohol to run through is body before he walked over to a wooden pole and hitting it with his bare hands. The kinetic force of the blow, with the strength he poured into it, was enough to not only cause the wood to break, but enough for it to snap clean in two.



That was before he went to the ECA private armory to gather his arsenal, consisting of his first battle-rifle, his sniper rifle, and a repaired gladius given to him when he was younger.

After a bit of time, Adler Came back, leaving his weapons in his ride, and going back to the U.N. Meeting and showing his leader badge to the security officers in the process.
