I am announcing our Invasion of the Island of Cyprus. We do not really want a war, we can solve this diplomatically. However, if military response is met, they will be crushed by the forces I already dispatched to the island. It is in your best interests to not interfere.

*At a press conference in St. Petersburg*
President Andrey Voronov: Following the recent developments in Cyprus, a U.S. invasion, I have begun to lose hope that the U.S.A. will not repeat the mistakes with what it was very well known for throughout it's history, which was imperialism on a world-wide scale. I felt like the United States had abandoned the ideals of the Presidents' Bush, Clinton, Reagan, I can list countless more, but I was ultimately disappointed.. I wish to make it clear that Russia and the CSTO does not condone this disruption of Cypriot sovereignty. Indeed, it condemn this violation of international law. This does not constitute justice and liberty, as the Americans so say that they stand for. This is aggression and subjugation.

"Now with our top story today we go to our eyes on the ground.Shes now live at Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania there the preperations of the annual renactment of the historic Battle of Gettysburg is taking place. This year with a pleasent suprise, President John Miller is here to help orginize and provide some elbow grease to the event." -The screen changes to a female news reporter on the scene next to three men loading a cannon- "Good Afternoon Mr.President, now that you've moved out of your town to D.C. Tell us about your experiance," -Well Ma'm D.C. aint like home, that I can tell you.Its a big city with big needs, dreams and desires, the core, the beating heart of our nation.I hear it you know...Every night. "Uhm, what?" -I hear the pulse of our nation, and this leads me to assemble our cabin meetings more often.I cannot find rest when my people need me most.Havent been even getting much sleep due to it. "I see, well what are you comments on Russian Prime minister Andrey Voronov's critique of our peacekeeping operation in Cyprus?" -Thats a good question, first of all Im a people pleaser.Im here to protect and serve the people who instated me in power.Sad to say I dont think President Andrey was one to vote for or agaisnt me, so I cannot be bothered with empty bickering of someone who did not learn, or wait no.Live breathe and experiance the american way of life.Americans have always had the hands on views to world events. We have always kept peace and security a valid concern till two decades ago when we were overwhelmed.Back when Russia was funding and arming the same terrorists who pushed off the world stage. If President Andrey wishes to bring up past events let him.The field is open, we are not here to annex Cyprus, otherwise we'd have more then a small task force sent to deal with the issues there. *The President took a deep breath and put the cannonball inside the cannon* -But I'll be a good sport and wont spoil the beans just yet.We do however have reasons to belive corruption to extreeme extents in cyprus connected to unsettling names.Like history however my russian counterpart needs to atleast ask his advisors on various subjects. Now Im not a lawman myself but I've been assured our stance on the issue is justified and the Cypriot people have started evacuation of major population centers. "Is there anything more you can tell us about the event taking place there?" -Yes but that would be as they say, a breach of national security. *The president tilts his hat and gushes out the word "Ma'm" then proceeds to taking place behind the cannon* -Range 500, 23 degrees, FIRE IN THE HOLE!
-The men cheerd the President on as his shot was right on target
