Brief Bio: Bai Chen was born into a fairly well connected and respected family, with strong ties to the military. From a young age Chen was brought up to continue a tradition of being an outstanding officer for the Chinese military, his family instilling a great passion for his country and its inhabitants. He excelled in his military schooling often showing a flair for leadership and creating many friendships both with fellow students but also his superiors. This ability to keep connected to the people under his command inspires great loyalty to him and has seen some true feats of heroism from his 3rd rapid response Airborne Division. Though it has also been said that the General cares a great deal for the men under his command it has lead to some questionable decisions on the battlefield.
While a solid tactician, Chen's really talent and charisma come across best when in front of a camera. He has been seen as the face of the military for the last year, as one its youngest leaders he has gone out of his way to talk to news team in the field and at home showing a determined but friendly face.
