Simple question. I'd like to post mine and possibly edit it but I am unsure whereabouts to put it. Since it will be all fluff I dont much care if 'the enemy' sees it. (In fact I'd kind of prefer if you guys do).

Logically Character Biographies must be made in the faction's Information Base Board. This is because, personal information about generals would obviously be kept top-secret to prevent Hostage situations and the like problems.
