Ilya Artyomovich Sokolov, Aleksandr's prodigy + GRU protege

During Aleksandr's rise to power and after creating the Chelyabinsk Tesla Institution and the subsequent experimentation with 'Breakthrough Soldiers', Aleksandr tinkered with the idea of an ever more efficient development model. By creating a test for mental acuity, he himself drafted, he used his political pull to run it through several orphanages in Moscow for children aged 3-5. He dubbed the program 'Koschei's Children' and after finding 300 of 10,000 tested to be adequate for the next phase 'adopted' them and covered it up. In the following years he weeded out all but 17 of the children to suit his needs and executed the rest, one of the 17 was Ilya and he came to be the most prolific of the program and as such Aleksandr's prodigy and eventual 'successor'. Aleksandr miscalculated however, since Ilya was a twin with Kseniya who did not pass the second round of 'testing' and was summarily executed at the age of 6 traumatizing Ilya. Aleksandr used the same psycho-active drugging as he used with the 'Breakthrough Divisions' to wipe the memory of his 'Children' and as such Ilya had forgotten until he was 17 during a training excercise. Using an oppurtunity during Kurmuk incident in which Aleks was discovered to be committing crimes against humanity, at 19, Ilya killed his cohorts in the 'Children' program and escaped his handlers to go into hiding. In 2045, after 5 years he reappeared after secretly tracking Aleksandr's entire influence and operation and systematically wiped it out over the period. (OOC) - this has been agreed with NagandEmerald already (OOC END) - As of November, 2045 Ilya has killed Aleksandr in a fit of vengeance (the only time he has acted in anger) uncharacteristic of his normally pragmatic nature and has had the head of the GRU sacked and removed discreetly following evidence that he helped Aleksandr cover up the 'Children' program.
