History :
Dusan Milovanovic was a close Advisor of the Serbian politician who came up with a plan for Balkan Federation. After his assasination, he left politics and was named ambassador of Serbia in Moscow. While in Russia Milovanovic has met many influential people, among which were highly ranked officials of Russian security agencies, as well as several military officials of Russia and other countries that are CSTO members. One of the Russian generals, Sergei Varennikov, became his personal friend. Through Varennikov he also met Nikola Pasic, who later became a Serbian commander of an elete military organisation.
Returning to Belgrade in 2044. he joined politics again and entered the parlament. In the Serbian parlament, he was the most recognized politician. On the initiative of the Serbian government, he ran for the position of Chairman of BF. He won on 2045. elections thanks to his expirience and closeness to the de facto founder of united Balkan.
