Inactivity Rules
Rule 1 : If you register and do not make your Character Biography within 30 days from your Registration date then,
On the 24th day you will be sent a warning E-mail on the e-mail ID you registered.
On the 30th day, your account will be declared as "Dud Account" and as such be permanently deleted from the forums.
If your account got deleted because of the "Rule 1" clause then you are yourself to blame for your inactivity. You will have no choice but to make another account.
Rule 2 : If you have posted your Character Biography but have not logged in for 30 days since your last log-in date then,
On the 24th day you will be sent a warning E-mail on the e-mail ID you registered.
On the 30th day your account/character will be removed from it's faction and archived.
Note : Unlike Dud accounts, Archived accounts will not be deleted but cannot be used to roleplay.
If your account/character got archived due to the "Rule 2" clause then you are yourself to blame for your inactivity. If you want to activate your account, please Private Message The Warzone . Your account will only be activated under the promise that you will remain active.
Rule 3 : The "Rule 1" and "Rule 2" clauses will be voided if a member openly declares on the forum or informs The Warzone about his/her inactivity period and reasons during the 30 days period.
The "Rule 1" and "Rule 2" clauses will also be voided if a member responds to the Warning E-mails sent on the 24th day and gives reasons for his inactivity.
It is important that when you make an inactivity appeal publicly, privately to The Warzone or through the warning e-mails then you must include these two details to make it genuine.
- The reason you are going inactive.
- The time period on which you will remain inactive (Days, Weeks or Months).
Rule 4 : An extension to "Rule 3", if you remain inactive over the time period of inactivity you gave, then "Rule 1" and "Rule 2" clauses will come into effect again and can only be voided when you make another inactivity appeal, i.e; Rule 3.
