As you can see see with my Activity Thread, it allows everyone to know whether I would be online or be absent for a few days or weeks. This allows everyone to accordingly to fill my role in my absence. Also it prevents the fear of a person disappearing.
So, I would suggest everyone to make an activity thread in "The Lounge" section so that no one is in the dark of your absence.
