Revolutionist, strong leader, with a decent knowledge of the common world. Mendoza has a strong opinion and doesn’t fear to bring the heat to the table. Charismatic and slightly fanaticism towards the outside world, making sure the SAP is a true world power.
After his victory, the SAP will face a reorganization in order to be ready for the future, something Mendoza happily reminds his citizens. Some claim that he is like an average USA president (IRL time era). Hard words with strong arms to ensure that his words will mean more than just hollow phrases.
He likes soccer (BRRRRRAAAAAZIIILLLL!!!!) and Samba (who doesn’t)
History:
After finishing his studies, Mendoza Chávez De La Hoya Cardinal started several crappy jobs. Crime was rising and controlled many territories. After 3 years, Mendoza finally started his real career, to be a civil servant at a local city hall. It got him interested and several years later, he decided to make the hard step and try to work in the capital government. He passed the tests and started from the bottom in the year of 2005.
2023-2030:
After a couple of hard years starting at the bottom, he got promoted to a higher officer rank within the bureaucratic world of Brazil. In 2034, he was promoted to manage an entire department and still, Mendoza had much more to offer.
2030-2036:
He served as a senior supervisor, manager, under multiple ministers and other important national sub-leaders. With the years, his experiences grew, and made also room for politic interests.
2036-2044:
Politician. Mendoza was active in fighting the crime from a bureaucratic position. Making laws and oversee that they will lived by, some positive changes happened. However, with the Russians helping the SAP in the late years, the extreme high level of crime finally was degraded to more ‘civil’ form. Contacts and trades occurred; a partnership was born.
2044:
Mendoza won the elections and is the new leader of the SAP.
2045:
First reorganisations and evaluations are taking place under the authority and command of President Mendoza Chávez De La Hoya Cardinal. Later this year, the announcements will provide more information about this.
