Name: Andrey Romanovich Voronov
Date and Area of Birth: December 5th, 1998 - Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation
Nationality: Russian
Faction: Russian Federation
Age: 46
Current Position Held: Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation (otherwise known as the Prime Minister), part of the Novorossiya Party
Spouse: Ekaterina Aleksandrovna Voronova (née Smirnova), 2021-2038
Children: Petrov Andreyovich Voronov (birth date: October 15th, 2022), Yulia Andreyovna Voronova (birth date: March 12th, 2024)
History: Born on December 5th, 1998 in the city of Chelyabinsk in the Russian Federation to a mother without a present husband. Little Andrey lived as an only child under a low income household and was used to doing many errands when his mother was too busy. In spite of this, he received quite good grades in school. Because of having not enough money to sustain going to a university and nationalism instilled in his personality, he had no choice other than conscription at the age of 18. After his mandatory year of service Andrey chose to continue his service, whereupon he was posted in Dagestan. At the age of 22 he was wounded in a particularly heroic action against radical Muslim insurgents. In the southern part of Dagestan in the mountains, a convoy headed to Makhachkala where he was present was raided by several dozen insurgents. He, along with 20 other men, were caught by surprise and 13 were killed in the ensuing firefight. Voronov took several bullets to the lower torso and grenade shrapnel, but managed to rally his soldiers and kill every attacker. An honorable discharge was given to Voronov at his request. At 23, after recovering from his wounds he took political classes in college, wishing to defeat the oligarchy in Russia which was starting to strengthen. Voronov would soon meet future president Suvorov (who was president from 2028-2034) in Suvorov's Novorossiya Party at age 28, where he joined in with protesting against the corrupt incumbent president and his cabinet. While at a rally along with Suvorov, he was shot and injured by a mercenary who was later to be found out to be hired by the Spetsnaz GRU. This event along with other inflammatory happenings, would trigger the storming of the Kremlin where the incumbent cabinet was arrested and the Russian oligarch president was killed by wave after wave of enraged civilians and defecting SBP. Thanks to the close friendship between Suvorov and Voronov, Voronov would become appointed to the position of Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation (more commonly known as the Prime Minister) where his initiatives stamped out violent crime around the country while making small reforms to the Russian Armed Forces (e.g. removing the practice of dedovshchina). He ran for president in 2034 and won, and proceeded to reform the country's military and government more. After several close encounters with death, it was revealed that the old guard of the Spetsnaz GRU were attempting to assassinate him under the beliefs of the president before Suvorov. Thus, Voronov initiated a purge of Russian intelligence services, seeking to eliminate subversive elements. During his presidency, insurgency in the Caucasus was finally wiped out for good, major military reforms were made (such as increasing the conscription duration to 24 months again and eliminating unprofessional and corrupt officers). Along with Alexei Ourumov and Dmitry Molchanov, the former who recommended the latter to be appointed as Prime Minister (which Voronov swiftly did after befriending Molchanov) the constitution was reformed, fixing loopholes in the document but also the entire justice system as well. Under Voronov, prisons were noticed to become milder and more productive, producing their own food, shelter, crafts, etc., saving government money. When the presidential election of 2040 came, Voronov lost to Molchanov by a small amount but was appointed as prime minister thanks to the friendship between the two. While Molchanov is busy improving the world outlook of Russia and it's infrastructure, Voronov is working on civil and military reforms for now.
Personality: Voronov is a nervous, but somehow quite confident person. Thanks to his experience with being nearly killed several times he always travels with a security entourage of several dozen armed men with more on standby should he be in danger. He is generally quite an amicable and friendly person, enjoying hobbies such as fishing, hunting, etc., and has formed a friendship with several Russian ministers thanks to this (such as Nikolai Shoygu, Sergei Lavrov, Dmitry Molchanov, and Alexei Ourumov). He tends not to sugarcoat what is going on and is very blunt, which won the respect of most of his government, but makes others liable to completely hate his guts. Voronov is quite serious when he needs to be. Nationalism is a strong suit of Andrey, and he will not hesitate to show this.
