Born in the state of Minnesota, Lucian was one of many sons in a proud military family. As such, he joined the United States Army after studying at West Point to become an officer, a first in his family, who'd usually joined up as part of the Other Ranks. Serving as a captain during the War On Terror against The GLA, Lucian proved to be a competent organizer, but lacked the finesse and mental flexibility to be a substantial battlefield commander. However, he was able to manage enough to be enable to secure his promotions up the ladder by impressing his superiors with his organizational skills.
