Personality: Omar is a cold, intelligent, sociopathic, and possibly misanthropic man of whom makes his decisions in warfare with the utmost consciousness on all factors, including military and civilian casualties, amount of importance of a region, and even how much it would cost on average to repair the damage done. He despises humanity, leading to misanthropy, and he commonly hides his sociopathic and twisted desires to kill those he meets behind the guise of a scientist zealously dedicated to the study of not only the human body, but to the study of fear itself; this was especially seen when he reemerged during the African Resource Rush, apparently having gone under the knife to make himself look more terrifying after a lab accident gone wrong. However, Omar is a spineless coward, and typically flees when things go southwards for him or his superiors, such as when Dr. Thrax, his mentor during the Global War on Terror, was killed by United States soldiers; he is always on the move, hiding in multiple locations all across the globe, trying to manipulate all he can to his advantage: politics, the economy, and public opinion. However, he is no stranger to the horrors of war and has a mind rife with sufficient knowledge in the art of warfare, sometimes obsessing over previous battles and how they both cost him and what he gained from them; this was best seen when he turned a militia in West Sahara into a fully-trained military force, albeit still present with worse weapons and body armor, when the European Continental Army came, having them defend the lands for well over five months against the onslaught. He is also not afraid to take out a gun and pull the trigger on his highest ranking, should they be plotting against him, and he commonly shoots his own soldiers or hostages to prove a point, send a warning, or outright satisfy his sick and twisted desires. He is also an accomplished scientist in the fields of nuclear physics, chemistry, and psychology, and it's possible that he may have gained college degrees due to his knowledge and extensive use on the field with these sciences. His intellect and his misanthropic personality are what make him feared, but sometimes respected in many places across the globe, and despite multiple governmental services putting him up as the #1 most-wanted in the world, some will see him as having a good point about the "Old World Order."

History: Although most of this elusive and clever man's early history is unknown, it is known that the man who would take on the moniker of Omar Al-Ghazi would become a primary figurehead within the GLA at the time of Dr. Thrax's chemical experiments and various attacks during the Global War on Terror. A mysterious and enigmatic figure who was compared as "Dr. Thrax's Himler, Omar had been rumored to have been Dr. Thrax's "right hand" in his experiments, with alleged master's degrees in chemistry and physics and an obsession on what drives mankind's greatest fears. According to many of his associates, he was very brutal in his operations, and was typically found by other warlords for interrogation and torture methods due to his obsession with finding out what made someone afraid and using that against them. However, when Dr. Thrax was killed by the hands of a US military forces, Omar seemed to vanish into thin air, almost camouflaging within the GLA as a power struggle reigned on; however, many pictures and documents detailing his operations led many to believe that he had much more sinister intentions, and when an unknown hacker declassified these files in the early 2030s, the public panicked and called him "New Hussein." After the Global War on Terror, many CIA intelligence reports suggested that he had orchestrated many events from behind the scenes under the pseudonym of "Gaboon Viper" during the Zero Hour Crisis, ranging from Prince Kassad's betrayal in Cairo, to the nuclear detonation of Hamburg, Germany by Juhziz, to even detailing the intelligence on Dr. Thrax's location and how long he would be present at that location before he next moved. However, these rumors must be taken with a grain of salt, as he has neither confirmed nor denied any of these accusations. What is known, however, is that he was inquired as a chief suspect for the assassination of the late Grand Warlord of the GLA, General Mohmar "Deathstrike," supposedly drawing upon the GLA's fear of increasing industrialization and the push of western influence into their own cultures to unite them in a struggle to keep Africa under their control.

During the African Resource Rush, where all of the major World Powers started an operation against the GLA in Africa, Omar seemed to vanish yet again, leaving the group to fall to the hands of Russia, China, North America, and Europe. While the world at large is still on the hunt for this elusive man, it is documented by the CIA that he may be building a new army somewhere in the Middle East, alongside a mysterious and oddly advanced co-conspirator known only as the "Great Liberator."

Tactics: Heavy use of Guerrilla Warfare, but can fight in a variety of other types of warfare as well. However, Serpent Cell's main priority is to swiftly mobilize in a desired city and lock it down from outside interference, usually with well-placed high-yield explosives and small armies of highly trained infantry and drones.

Army Description: Omar Al Ghazi's army, otherwise known as "Serpent Cell," is mainly compromised of highly-trained veteran militants and professional mercenary soldiers armed with some of the heaviest and most advanced weapons that can be bought off of the Black Market. While not being nearly as numerous as the GLA, Serpent Cell is considered to be well worth the money to those who need specific dirty work done. For its heavier armor, Omar has taken the privilege of buying out drone plants across the globe with stolen funds, ranging from the light-but-sturdy "Diamondback" to the heavier, more powerful "Cobra Tank," lending to the organization being hard to not only supply, but to fund as well.
