Update - 1 : Display Name Change
The "Prevent Display Name Change" plugin has been disabled. This means you can change your usernames yourself now. However you can only have the username (Special characters of letters are allowed, symbols are not) which is the name of your RP Biography Character. If this feature is abused, the plugin will be enabled again.
Update - 2 : More power to faction Leaders
1- The Faction Leader Groups have been given bold usernames so that they can stand out more in the forums.
2- The six faction groups have been made Petition based, i.e; you make a join request to the Faction Groups on the Group Tab on your profile.
3- The Faction Leaders will have a Group Control Panel where they can accept and kick out members from the faction under their command. (I am not sure how this works, I will test it and then inform everyone).
These changes will be done by today or tomorrow.

The reasons for doing these changes were to ensure two things : 1) That a new member can change his display name and 2) To ensure that a member can join his choice of faction without admin or mod intervention.
