Bio: Although most of this elusive, intelligent, and clever bio-terrorist's early history is unknown, it is known that he was a primary figurehead within the GLA at the time of Dr. Thrax's chemical experiments and various attacks during the Global War on Terror. A comparable "Himler-like" figure to the mentally questionable terrorist, Omar has been rumored to have been Dr. Thrax's "right hand" in his experiments, with alleged master's degrees in chemistry and physics. According to many of his associates, he was very brutal in his operations, and was typically found by other warlords for interrogation and torture methods due to his abnormal liking towards messing with the human body. However, when Dr. Thrax was killed by the hands of a US military forces, Omar seemed to vanish into thin air, almost camouflaging within the GLA as a power struggle reigned on. Many CIA intelligence reports suggest that he had instigated Prince Kassad's betrayal in Cairo and orchestrated many events from behind the scenes under the pseudonym of "Gaboon Viper." However, these rumors must be taken with a grain of salt, as he is, after all, one man. What is known, however, is that he is a chief candidate for the assassination of the late Warlord, Mohmar "Deathstrike," supposedly drawing upon the GLA's fear of increasing industrialization and the push of western influence into their own cultures.
During the African Resource Rush, where other Warlords were taking control of the GLA and passing it on to others, Omar clawed his way to the top of the bin and took control of the GLA through the assassination of his rivals and the Mohmar Loyalists using a private army of soldiers who are fanatically devout to him, known as the Liquidators. His actions inevitably led to him gaining the unconventional leadership of the Global Liberation Army in secret. Eventually, due to numerous coup attempts and a failed attack against him by remaining Mohmar Loyalists, Omar went into hiding once again, not showing himself in person and using others to deliver messages for him, whether they be recordings, videos, or live video feed from the enigmatic warlord. He went so far as to remain clothed in one of his infamous hazardous materials suits at all times, as well as hide in a large group of bunkers hidden in the Congo and across Central Africa. This strategy seemed to work until his machinations of a devastating twin nuclear attack on the cities of Mecca and Rome. Two weeks later, the esteemed warlord showed himself in front of an angry religious commute in Bangui, Central Africa to give them his reasoning behind the attacks and hopefully gain more supporters to the GLA cause through lies and deceit. This ended up with him to be grievously wounded and left for dead in a devastating assassination attempt. Although his body was not found at the site, he was presumed dead by the world. However, due to recent events, including various public messages, presentations at the United Nations, and openly revealing his deformed face, it is difficult to assume him dead any longer, especially with the release of his newest weapon of terror, coined as "Fear Toxin."
Despite all of the heinous crimes that he has committed, Omar is, above all else, a spineless coward; he is always on the move and hiding in multiple locations all across Africa. However, he is no stranger to the horrors of war, and gladly takes new members into the GLA with sufficient strategic and tactical knowledge in guerrilla warfare. Like any good leader, he is also not afraid to take out a gun and pull the trigger on his highest ranking, should they be plotting against him or his allies, and he commonly shoots members of the GLA or hostages to prove a point or send a warning. He is also an accomplished chemist and physicist, given his use of biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons. It's possible that he may have actual college degrees in multiple sciences, due to his knowledge in human anatomy, physics, and chemistry. His intellect and his cold, calculating personality are what make him feared and respected, but it is truly the air of mystery surrounding him and his followers that makes him one of the world's most-wanted terrorists. |

His grandfather also fought in the Battle of Stalingrad, tok part in the liberation campagin in Eastern Europe, as wel as in the Battle of Berlin as one of the commanders of the Soviet soldiers who captured the Reichstag. His father, Vladimir Varennikov is a retired general, politician and an Afghan war veteran. General Varennikov was born in Omsk, Omsk Oblast, Russia. Most of his work is classified. He is a charismatic, honorable and very strict soldier with high moral standards, and he demands the same from his subordinates. Little is known of the Enigma until around one month ago, but many conspiracy theorists have pinned the blame for hundreds of major infiltrations in African bases on him. Some even go so far as to say that he has completed these infiltrations on his own, facing the might of entire military forces at times, and remaining undetected. His first certified appearance was but a month ago, when some claim him to have been at the scene of Omar Al Ghazi's death, but this again is unproven.
He is known by the few that have had the chance to speak with him that he has a cruel and dark sense of humor definitely beyond the psychopathic, and relishing in the genius with which he and others execute plans. Had they any way to trace or even identify him, he would be in the CIA's top 10 most wanted. Bio: Some generals follow his fate. But obviously that to Ramón Cañarte believe in fate is a matter of fools. With the formation of the SAP and the new Army, many new commands were created. Unfortunately in that time, the criminal organization "Red Cartel" had such power that began a hunt from the SAP generals. Many were killed by gunmen. “Fernandinho” Almeida Vargas did not stop with this. He hired the most advanced mercenaries to kill the families from the generals. Ramón Cañarte, now a SAP Admiral, take the SAP fleet in the Atlantic and began to hunt narco submarines after her family was safe. Nevertheless, he remains as an idealistic. Looking for easy solutions even knowing that one man can not save the world, but if the nations whose shores their ships patrols. While is a quiet man, in combat is able to ask the ultimate sacrifice. If the SAP did not protect to much to their officials, he same would direct the attacks. And it requires the same to its partners. Especially to the scientific area, the SAP forces need news toys to play. But their goals are not only limited to crush any mercenary, also he wants save the Mother of all, the planet Earth. An impossible task in a world split for the imminent war.

Nikola Pasic was born in Belgrade, Serbia, in 2015. He lived trough hard times, of high political instability and constant terrorists threats. He was named after his ancestor Nikola Pasic, who was the most important Serbian politician for almost forty years ( 1890-1926. ). He has a younger sister who is a medical doctor. At a young age he decided to join the special forces. During his studies in the military accademy, he was approached by the VOA. The agency noticed his skills in planning and strategy, so they helped him skipp the last year at the academy and he went right to the special forces training. Being the best in his generation, he joined the military police ( Gendarmery ) when he was just 23 years old. During the first year of his career, he was closely watched by VOA. When VOA made a new branch which specialized in operations on enemy territory, they recruited him. All members of the spec-ops branch were named 'Gray Wolves', and they were meant for operations behind enemy lines, high-risk operations, search and rescue, terminating people of interest, and similar. On a specialisation trip to Moscow where he was sent to train with the Russian Spetsnaz, he met general Sergei Varennikov who was impressed with his skills. For three years the youth did nothing but work and struggle in the harsh world of Chinese Academia, taking no breaks and nearly overloading her weekly schedules. Here she realized her limitations: she was sub-par at math, and science, and this limited her skills to to the arts, a much less desirable specialization. Fan bristled at truth, but knew her dream would continue on undaunted as long as she had the spirit to pursue it. Eventually she chose to major in History, specializing in both Chinese and ancient western civilizations. But having a history degree in the new china meant little. she could not get work in the information-technology sector, and her prospects outside of that growing industry were menial, or involved teaching at middle and high schools for meager pay. It was clear that now was the time to join the military. The PLA was undergoing changes in this period; the red guard ranks were ebbing as former guardsmen slowly demobilized back into the economic sector. While it was perhaps not ideal for a new officer candidate, Fan did her best to make do. Her education came in handy during her time at her academy, and allowed her to excel enough to warrant her promotion from lowly officer cadet to second Lieutenant. Being on the second lieutenant officer track ensured that after a brief period of supervising a platoon of reservists Fan was promoted to first lieutenant and shipped off to the troubled and war-torn Lanzhou military region, specifically the 21st Group Army at Baoji. During this period Fan saw action against both non-GLA non-state entities, rebels, criminals, and occasionally the odd GLA splinter cell. Her success here made her a candidate to lead a high-risk operation into Kazakhstan, which was accomplished to her acclaim. In general, Fan a model officer: polite, discreet, kept her men in line and alive, and was a consummate professional. her superiors took note, and in the aftermath of the Zero Hour Conflict, which she took a limited part of, she found herself promoted to full Lieutenant Colonel. Because of her control and refusal to use volatile or high collateral weapons, like nuclear arms, the young Lieutenant Colonel was recommended for the peacekeeping corps and lead her own unit there. Indeed, she found that this position was forced upon her. After a successful tour in Somalia and battle-worn Mogadishu, Fan was chosen as the ideal field commander for an emergency counter terror operation launched from Sudan into Egypt to assist local units and stop GLA terrorist activities. The operation turned into a complete failure, and as per tradition Fan offered herself as a sacrificial lamb to save the face of her superiors. Instead, after an investigation and the Premier's own directives, Fan was exonerated of responsibility and given over to a new secret special operations training program. Following a brutal eight month training period Fan has re-emerged to lead advanced, elite formations of mechanized infantry and specialists into battle. |

In 2042, Ourumov publicly endorsed Molchanov for Vice-President of the Russian Federation. He was promoted to General-Armii (General of the Army) in 2043, where he would command Army Group Byelorussia. In 2045, Dmitry Molchanov became the new Russian President after the sudden disappearance of Andrey Voronov. Bio: Known simply as Новый Горбачев, meaning "New Gorbachev," Dmitry Leonidovich Molchanov is the new president of the Russian Federation and former vice president to Andrey Voronov. He was born to Leonid Aleksanderovich Molchanov, a military man whose own family was alive during the Cold War. Leonid was extremely fond of the Russian military, and taught his son everything he knew. However, Dmitry did not wish to be a mere military grunt like his father. He looked up to leaders like Mikhail Gorbachev and Vladimir Putin for guidance, and after Secondary School, he went to Moscow State University for not only a major in history, but also a major in law and politics, earning him a high place among Russia's elite minds. Eventually, he met Andrey Voronov, the man who would later become the controversial president of the Russian Federation. After getting on Andrey's "good side," he became a minister of the Russian Federation in 2038, with Dmitry meeting Alexei Ourumov, a promising commander of the Russian military forces that would eventually become an important man for him to work with. After the landslide victory of Andrey's first election, and with new elections underway in 2043, Dmitry was publicly endorsed by Alexei Ourumov to be the Russian Prime Minister, where Andrey, once again, won in a landslide victory. However, during Andrey's second presidency, Dmitry noticed that the Russian Federation had become more aggressive towards the NAU, and was making some of the same mistakes that led to the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 1990s. As a result, when Andrey "disappeared" on September 28th, 2045, Dmitry became President of the Russian Federation due to his position as Prime Minister. Shortly after taking office, and in an extremely controversial move after formally demoting the also-missing General Suvorov Sukhoi, Dmitry put his long-time political and personal friend, Alexei Ourumov, into the position of his Chief of Military Staff. Since then, his current goals have been to bring Russia out of its economic depression due to overspending on military infrastructure and to eventually stop the threat of the GLA to world peace once and for all. Although Dmitry is, like any Russian, mainly against Western "imperialism," he is still a man of reason, and unlike Voronov, he would gladly end his wars with the NAU through diplomacy if it meant saving more Russian and CSTO lives than going against them. Despite his political power, Dmitry is a very non-formal person, and tends to stay closer to that of a Russian citizen, than that of the Russian President. He goes so far as to go on walks around Moscow without personal escort (that's seen), or even spend his free time playing video games and being online than on more important matters. However, he is a very strong and capable leader when he needs to be, making sure that the security and safety of the Russian Federation is not threatened by the likes of the NAU, ECA, or the GLA. Dmitry's opinions towards other leaders of the world are mixed, but generally pro-Russian, with President Miller of the US being, in his mind, a terrible man for presidency due to his extremely conservative nature and his Amish heritage being "outdated in the world of today." Jurgen Adler, on the other hand, he finds is a reasonable man and a good replacement for the "Iron Dutchman," being capable of peace, but also of war. To the likes of the GLA, he believes that they are a tumor to be removed, and that any connections with them are the result of federal corruption and bribery by the GLA Warlord, Omar Al Ghazi. Xingmen Wu and Dmitry are, however, more neutral towards each other than with Voronov, and despite their similar ways of thinking, Dmitry does not believe that a command economy is good for a growing nation. One of the most successful cadets of the prestigious Moscow Military Academy, he was sent to VKS bases across Western Russia and given top-notch training in such aircraft as the Su-47 Berkut, Su-50 Sokol, Tu-22 Backfire and Tu-160 Blackjack. He also flew a number of other, lighter Russian military aircraft and all types of military helicopters (Mil Mi-24/35 Hind, Mil Mi-28 Havoc, Mil Mi-26 Halo, Mil Mi-40 Hunchback, Kamov Ka-68 Hellion).
