The African winds were harsh, blasting through the Encampment where Abdul was hiding. After receiving the news about his forces slaughtering the AEDP, he proceeded to keep his maps and stood up, calling for his bodyguards that it is time. Walking up the bunker a convoy was waiting for him. As he was walking to a car, GLA soldiers stood up and saluted the Warlord. Abdul then spoke to them:
"The GLA will soon rise to be parallel among other nations, when I come back, I will bring a weapon of unimaginable destruction... All warlords must ready their SCUD launchers and their SCUD storms, for we will strike back!"
The GLA soldiers cheered at his speech. Abdul then chuckled and went to the car, signalling his bodyguards that he is ready. After men had went to the convoy, the were ready for departure.
"Quick, we don't want to be late." Abdul barked at his driver.
Soon, the car started and was followed by 3 Ural trucks, and a technical at the end of the line. Soon they were heading to "the Capital."

The boat ride to the Zone was strenuous enough as it was on its own. Getting into cordoned-off territory was hard, but doing so with a weapon of mass destruction? It wasn't what Komodo would've called a vacation, especially after the whole Venice debacle. Even his bodyguards, who'd been ordered on behalf of Omar, were concerned with the package. Inside, the possibility to end nations was within. On land after an hours-long voyage, he was greeted by several African mercenaries, most likely knowing of his arrival. Getting in a parked technical nearby with his guards, he turned to the mercenary, his voice cutting through the silence like a hot knife through butter. "Kinsasha, and hurry! I have a schedule to keep..." On his way to Kinsasha, Komodo was intrigued by what Omar had left behind: a civilization to rule over in peace, people who wholeheartedly supported him, and all the money that anyone could ask for a country...yet...something was off with Omar whenever he talked about Terra Nullius. It was as though he looked back on it as a failed experiment, more than any successful organization. Another few hours later, the technical parked in front of Kinsasha's Capitol Building, Palais de la Nation. Looking out of the broken windows, the glow of his visor's eyes and heads-up display could be seen by Abdul and his guards. Getting out of the truck with his cohorts, Komodo walked to the new GLA Warlord, package held in his left side, and his right hand close to one of his holstered guns, just in case. "You Abdul?" the modulated voice asked.

The convoy arrived at the capital, Abdul was shocked to see komodo, a man who he has never known yet.
"I was expecting Omar... yes, I am Abdul." He replied
"I believe you have the package for me, do you? He asked.
Abdul's actions were cautious, facing this stranger. He made sure that his bodyguards were nearby if anything goes wrong. At the background guards were whispering even almost talking, why Abdul was facing this man. Abdul looked at a serious tone, implying tha he means business.

Komodo merely nodded and held out the package to show that he had it with him. It was in a medium-sized box, but its contents weighed fairly heavily. "Omar told you that I was coming, didn't he? I was told that he told you that an associate of his was coming." Komodo then chuckled, looking up for a second, "Typical...they hear, but don't listen..." As a bodyguard went to take the package from him, Komodo pulled the package back, and his guards pointed their weapons at Abdul's. "You didn't expect Omar to give it to you for free, did you?"

"Well, of course... Everything today is not free." Abdul slightly nodded.
Soon the doors were shut and Abdul's men raised their weapons, getting their fingers itchy. A few seconds later, a technical was outside pointing to the closed door.
"If you'll kill me, we'll all die." Abdul chuckled as he pointed his pistol to the assailant.
"Go on..."

"I came a long-ass way just to satiate my boss's demands, not anyone else's. I am going to give you to the count of ten to think of an adequate payment for our services, and if you don't come up with something, well..." Komodo then looked into the package and pressed a few buttons, setting up the detonation on command for the mercenary. "1..." As soon as Komodo began counting, the guards in the room all began to start yelling at Abdul to do something, to think of something. "2..." Another number up, and this time, the guards around Komodo were beginning to feel a little antzy, as though they knew what was coming. "3...4...5..." Another three numbers later, and this time, even Komodo's men were begging him to stop the countdown. "6..." "Sir, you need to stop! This is madness!" "7..." "Please! We beg you!" "8...9..."

Abdul seems unfazed on the idea, thinking on how Omar played with fear. Then he proceeded to tell him.
"Well, you still have your life. I could've easily killed you when you arrived, grab the package at your dead body and claim it for myself. The world is full of twists and turns that it creates the situation that we are right now..." Abdul stated.
A sniper was aiming to one of Komodo's men.
"If you allow me, I could end one of your men's life right now. Well as a physical payment, you could get a bag full of money, a bunch of arabian girls, or anything... But does it matter? Soon we'll all die and leave our precious belongings behind."
A bodyguard runs toward Abdul holding a briefcase. Abdul looked at him and nodded.
"How about a small sum of $10k?" He asked. He proceeded to open the briefcase with the money.

Komodo looked to Abdul's case, smiling underneath the visor, but its visage remained unphased. Abdul was definitely stronger than he looked, not prone to intimidation. It was as Omar said: a dog living among cats, or an eagle living among snakes. Looking at the sniper on the balcony, shaking his head in signature that he was not in the mood to see another man die today. "And how would that have looked to Omar? The man expects betrayal nearly every day, even from the most loyal. I don't believe that you would've had the guts to do something as such. After all, I am a close associate of his. Killing me, well...that'd make you a target, wouldn't it?" Komodo then sat back on a chair, placing his feet cross-legged on the tabletop, holding the package in his hands and keeping his eye on the detonator he held. "Quintuple that sum, and you have yourself a deal. This is, after all, a one-of-a-kind weapon."

The Sniper cocked his rifle, getting ready to see the signal.
"Baako, give me four more." He barked
A man was carrying four more briefcases, and quickly put it near Abdul.
"Well, it seems that we have a deal, The package."
Abdul was in slight confusion and rage as he didn't expect that it would come at a price. Still, the bodyguards held their ground and aimed at komodo's men. Abdul whispered to himself: "I hope it's worth it."
Men outside the building was fairly confused at what happened inside, staying cautious they decided to wait outside.

"Oh, it'll definitely be worth it," Komodo stated as his auditory sensors picked up the whisper. He then pressed a button on the device within the box, placed back the detonator, and threw the box to him after closing it. Making a quick gesture, Komodo's guards grabbed the suitcases and stepped back from the Warlord. "Oh, and Omar wanted you to have this," Komodo stated. He then handed the warlord a tape recorder and a tape along with it, ready to be played at his leisure. Getting up from his seat, Komodo then looked to Abdul's men before turning for the door with his men without another word.

"Wait!" Abdul shouted. "I need you to give him this."
Abdul handed a letter along with $1k just in case he charges.
"Stay safe in the docks." Abdul acknowledged him.
