"Good morning, and welcome to FFN. Our top story today, the infamous Global Liberation Army Warlord, Omar Al Ghazi, has been given to Russia as per the demands of President Molchanov. Here is the President now for interview in the Kremlin with one of our journalists."

"So Dmitry, what led you to take custody of the terrorist leader?"
"Well, no one else really wanted him. As one of the patrons present at the trial, it seemed to me that I should take him from the rest of the world where he will be forgotten."
"And where, pray tell, will he be locked away?" Dmitry tented his fingers and looked up in thought.
"Well...we're not entirely sure. We have two particular options: Pyatak on Ognenny Ostrov, or the maximum security prison colloquially known as Black Dolphin. Both have similar security measures, and I have the paperwork for Pyatak sorted out and set, but Black Dolphin seems like a better option in my opinion."
"Have these prisons ever been escaped?"
"To what I've been told, no. Omar will not be able to break out, especially when we install automated turrets at the location of Omar's cell." Dmitry stated.
"And you are certain?" Dmitry smiled and stood up before his smile turned to a irritated scowl.
"Let me be perfectly honest about this. Are you patronizing me on my decision to lock a wanted man within the highest security facilities in Russia? Because if you are, I want you out of my office."
"No, no. We're not patronizing you for your decision, we just want to know as much as possible about this." Dmitry looked around for a second before he pointed to the door.
"Get out. Interview over. No more questions."
*The camera shut down and switched back to the central news room*
"Well, you heard it from President Molchanov. Omar Al Ghazi will be locked away until the day he dies. Now to the weather."
