"Ladies and gentlemen, The Prime Minister today has announced that as of now the regions of Northern Iraq, the unoccupied region of Yemen, Jamaica, Malaysia and Belize are to be considered protectorates. The Prime Minister explained further in an address outside 10 Downing Street." The shot switches to one of Edmund Wilson outside of 10 Downing Street. "In the wake of these ever increasingly troubling times of political tension and unrest around the world. We must think of those who wish to be protected from those tensions and ensure that they are not subjected to the terrors of war from aggressive parties." He began solemnly. "Which is why it has been decided by myself, The Foreign Office and The Ministry Of Defence that the region of Yemen that has not been occupied by China, the northern region of Iraq, the unoccupied region of Malaysia and the countries of Belize and Jamaica are to be considered protectorates of The United Kingdom. These countries are ones that have chosen to remain neutral... We have decided that that neutrality should not be besmirched or ignored." Edmund retrieved a handkerchief from his pocket and coughed into it before continuing. "This is not a threat to their sovereignty, neutrality or way of life. We have no intention of forcing them to assist us in any way, shape or form. We are merely providing them with the tools that they may require to ensure, that on the international stage, they are left alone as they desire to be."
