Today, the ambassadors from various countries that make up the SAP, have presented a plan to invest in the mining industry in Australia and New Zealand. Being a transit country for raw materials between SAP and the Republic of China, Australia now could enter in the markets that the PRC has dominated in the last 20 years, and additionally find new business partners in the growing economies of the Pact. In addition there are offerings for ecological studies to mitigate the effect of the rise in sea level on the island , which is affecting the diversity of the Great Barrier Reef. Much of the islands of Oceania are experiencing this side effect of climate change, which is little understood. South America wants a new business partner , as well as a free block of foreign influences in the South Seas.
