---------------------------- (OOC: This thread should been seen as started when the CSTO/RF announced there interests/start of the negotiations with the RF/CSTO ----------------------------- On some random TV news-station (Croatia:) “As soon as the negotiations are reopened again on the request of the U.N., the ECA are welcoming again the delegations from the so called Neutral States. It appears as the Croatian people were hoping for a better future with the ECA or even with the NAU. The civilians are informed by the ECA Embassy in the capital city of Croatia, Zagreb. They kept the civilians informed during the meetings in Warsaw. Since they both spoke with the Croatian delegation. Unclear is why the CSTO organisation has been tuned in so lately.” Some woman said on a TV news broadcast. “.. Tom..?” as the image on TV switch to another scene “Clearly the people of Croatia are not happy with this. As we see on these images that they are protesting against interference of the CSTO let alone the Russians.” As the camera shows some footage about it. Many protestors are being displayed. The numbers, unknown. “Clearly is that there are 3 groups against the pro CSTO side, Linda. We have the anti CSTO, unclear is what they prefer however, and we have the pro ECA and groups that support the idea of being part of the NAU. Demanding that the Croatian government at least should not deal with this CSTO biddings. We cannot say anything about numbers, or how large these protests are” “Well, perhaps the negotiations at Warsaw will bring in some more peace and quiet back to these regions here, Tom” The woman replied to her college while the image turned back to the studio

Hungary; Budapest: Former German/EU EmbassyFrence TV station: “…. Heavily demanding that the government should work with the ECA, Jean, because they believe that their modern weapons can protect them from the aggressive south. The civilian protest leaders claimed that they have been informed by the ECA Embassy in Budapest. Demanding that they should allowed to get the information about the negotiations in Warsaw. They, the protest(leaders) question themselves, why the CSTO let them rot, while they are sharing borders?” The camera moved to a civilian protester. “What are your main concerns Mr….” The news reporter asks the man. The interviewed civilian replies “Hanis. Mr Hanis is my name. Yes, we protest today. We must keep those communist bastards outside our country. We do not believe in the way Russia and the CSTO deals with problems! We will not be respected by these organisations and leaders!’ Old footage of protests back in the EU. People concerning about the agressivess from Russia in the Ukraine war. Gathering when Merkel was visiting Budapest. The camera moved a little while a different person being interviewed “Where was this so called CSTO when the EU collapsed? Now they transformed into the ECA. Apparently they will reunite us to them. And now the CSTO or the Russians calling in? This is madness!” The cameraman once more moved to the news reporter. “As you can see, Jean, these Hungarians are not happy with the CSTO calling in into Warsaw’s Negotiations. Back to you.

English TV Station. … As some footage are being displayed on TV about the hardcore pro CSTO protesters, and some comments from the FFN Channel was used, the anchor news reporter took the word. “As you can see, these broadcasts are made by the FFN. We will keep you updated about these protests in Hungary. Next we will switch to Ukraine were the temper is rising, Scott?” And the image of the news studio is being switched to some image were a news reporter is standing in a room. A little bit worried face expression. “Thanks Sam, and as you can see,” the camera moves to the window and records from the first floor outside the building, “you can see massive protests here in front of the ECA Embassy in downtown Kiev. These protesters just came around the corner and holding here their stand.” The camera man zooms in in some of the protesters. With a minute the Ukrainian anti-riot came along. “We can see the police is trying to clear this mob away from the Embassy. And yes, there are arrests going around..” The camera zoomed in on a particular guy on some platform. He tried to fight the police, but he was taken and arrested. The camera goes back to Scott “Well it seems we will be stuck in here for another half hour or so, Sam. Back to you!” The TV screen turned back inside the studio. “Very tense down there Scott. Hold tight,” and the anchor news reporter continued with other stories. .. (10 minutes later) “Incoming news people, Scott has the lead. Scott, it seems there is more information there in Kiev?” And Scott is displayed again. “Yes it is Sam. Apparently the leader of this group, yes the guy who was on the platform with his speeches,”.. and an image of him was been displayed well shouting to the crowd. “.. is being linked to the Russian Federation. The rumours around his, he is part of some riot agency, but we cannot confirm that. We hope to bring later more about this. This was not a normal protest for the Ukrainian people. It seems that there is more of these stories! We keep investigating and reporting from this! One will be clear, the Embassy will be no longer locked down by these people” And the camera once more showed outside, the mod scattered around, retreating and going back home. Their leader being investigated at the police station. Other people who were witnessing, sheering, and greeting again the ECA employees of the Embassy. Shouting much supportive taunts.

“While the protests in Kiev continues, we are switching on to our Embassy downtown.. Scott, how is the current situation in Kiev?” Scott again standing on the first or second floor reports: ‘Well Sam, it is become more quiet around the Embassy itself. The group who was trying to set up some kind of riot has been dealt with. Because they used violence, many were arrested. As for their group leader, we still not having information about his background.” Scott reported and the camera turns to the window outside “As you can see there is only some mess what the protesters left behind. Some of the local civilians are taking news here at the Embassy, others just looking around what occurs like a soccer hooligan fight leftovers Sam. The Embassy has offered help at the Kiev local government for if there is a shortage on police forces. This offer has been made by all other Embassies as well. Some of the police forces already tapped in for help.” The camera moves back to the news reporter “Well, it seems that most of west and south of Kiev are under control. Some small protests are ongoing, but at this point I cannot say whether they are pro’s or anti’s groups. The major protests are currently ongoing in downtown Kiev, the centrum, and some movements have been reported at the north and east of this city, back to you Sam”.. And the scene switch back to the studio.. “in other news….

International ECA News “This is the ECA News Network with another update on the current event and protests, I am Linda, and in this news flash: the current status of the protests in the Eastern European Countries” Linda, the news anchor reporter switched her position to a different camera. In the background there are some TV’s switching images of multiple protests in different cities. “With a huge majority behind the ECA, the protests increasingly drastically in the Neutral States. The words of Van Rotterdam touched the people. Right in their heart.” Linda started. “His press conference, or what some experts called, the speech of the year, has gone round the world in just minutes. You can see that speech on multiple news channels, video streaming websites, and even on social media. The people react things as, and I quote: ‘Beautiful. Touching. Brave.’ There are also some reactions of unbelieve that the Russians has threaten with a Nuclear War.” Linda paused for a small moment. “From all around the world there are these reactions. Especially from within the European countries. ECA, or Neutral. Perhaps even in more European countries. The words of Van Rotterdam has touched the people of the Neutral States. They are gaining energy from it, as what has been told to us.” The TV switched from the studio to multiple protests in the cities of the neutral states. People mass demonstrating. Peaceful, but in high numbers. Holding banners as: ‘ORANGE!’ And ‘rather the ECA then the Nuclear Way!’ “Live from Budapest, this is Dennis. As you can see, these people here, completely forgetting their normal lives, taking the time to stand up, and demonstrate against the thread and danger that comes from their south. The CSTO has shown their real face, as the people say.” The camera moved a little, Dennis from another side and taking more image of the protesters on the background. “Only in the city of Budapast, what we currently see, there is a majority of the people behind the ECA. Rumours are even some protesters, who occur to be Pro CSTO, stand down, left, or joined the ECA. They want peace. Shocked by the news from their beloved saviours, hasted to switch sides.” Dennis paused and the camera moved back. “Rumours also have been, that only a small minority, mostly Serbians or with Serbian roots, are still protesting. But heavily outnumbered. Back to you Linda.” The image of Dennis in Budapest faded away and Linda in the news studio is back on. “Thanks Dennis. We see these kind of messages and reports all over the Neutral States. Even in Croatia, were the ECA is has lost the bid by the NAU, but the protesters against the CSTO increased heavily. Reports have been that the pro NAU protesters using the words of Van Rotterdam, in their own benefit. Sure the Russian delegation has allot of work to do to gain favour by the people in the Neutral Zone. We go live to Ukraine, to Kiev. Scott?” And the image of the studio once more fade to the image of Scott walking with the protesters in Kiev. “Thanks Linda. As you can see, in Kiev, there is nothing different then from the protests in the rest of the Neutral States. Only thing is, Ukraine still has some kind of anger against the Russians, due the Ukraine-Russia war. About the Crimea Crisis. They see new hope with the ECA.” And the camera shows some footage about the protesters. Logos of the ECA, posters of Van Rotterdam making his speech, and banners supporting the ECA, and also against Russia/CSTO. “Sure these people has made their mind. The majority walking in favour of the ECA. Even some reactions against the Embassy occupation earlier, making clear that the people of Kiev, were not pleased by this. Their telling that those people were not from Kiev, also they doubt they were Ukraine after all. Back to you Linda” “Thank you Scott, and this will be the news flash at this point. We go live back to the Negotiations, tuning over to the ECA Main Network..” and the studio fade away and the negotiations, who are being broadcasted by another network came in screen
