Speaking of office as leader of the SAP

Ladies and gentlemen, special guests, leaders of the South American Pact, generals and commanders of the SAA and the Bolivarian Guard:
A new time arrived. And as any change, I do not expect everyone to share. I have been chosen to lead our countries and established that this was the right choice. However , due to changes occurring in the world, i have to ask for a sacrifice.... The sacrifice of leaving our neutrality to secure our place in the world. We have always fought for peace , and we still do. However, the world minimizes our struggle. It is time that the world see that we also contribute.
To achieve this goal , we must do what other countries have already achieved. We must have allies and related places to us in order to influence the nations in the way of peace. (Murmurs and shouts of " imperialism " are heard in the room.) Fellow citizens , calm.
We are not in the path of imperialism. We believe in a better way that the over-consumption of the goods of the Earth. This is nothing new. I remember the legend of one freedom fighter. He not only fought for his country , the fight worlwide to keep a ideal. It might not be the right ideal, but we have best ideals to give to the world. We know democracy , we know socialism, and we know that there are countries oppressed by the war and the interests of empires.Let us invoke him and his courage to bring change to the world.

Before I tell you where is the sacrifice, i remind you what happens when a country denies its place in the world. I myself will lead the Great Atlantic Fleet this mission to bring peace and stability to the world.And also I will make sure to double our diplomatic effort to conquer with words if the strength is not enough.
