Alexander, a former anarchist leader.Appointed to take command of the Russian advanced weapon research & development and has access to Russia's wide arsenal of weapon prototypes.A rarely seen person and intervenes only when critically needed and only for the motherland's cause.

With blood of both a scot and russian,he chose to fight for the motherland.He is infamous for ignoring his comrade's heeds.But,well renowned for reestablishing the russian economy by employing the people to work for him,acquiring people who have knowledge to help with his research & development and by aiding and supporting russian soldiers in the fronts which are beyond the reach of support of the others.Armed with the best weaponry in the federation,his army is force to be reckoned with.
