"Good evening, and welcome back to FFN, the Russian Federation's number 1 international news network. Startling political news hit the world today, as, after the disappearance of Prime Minister Andrey Voronov for 3 weeks, he has unexpectedly resurfaced and announced himself to be running for the All-Union Worker's Syndicalist Party. Voronov appeared in a leftist rally in Moscow in plainclothes and unexpectedly took the stage despite initial discontent in the crowd, and left with an ovation." The screen transitioned to a recording of Voronov in a leather jacket on stage in front of the Bolshoi Theatre.
"My fellow countrymen... no... my fellow humans! Here, today I speak not as the Prime Minister of Russia, not as a centrist of the Novorossiya Party, not as a reactionary to block the progress of humanity as a whole. I stand here as a compassionate human distraught by the human condition and the ridiculousness of today. European capitalist politicians pouring their money into the military, incompetent presidents staking their policies on chance, and an entire continent a warzone between several different but equal evils. Even in our domestic home of Russia, veiled and even unveiled imperialism reigns. Indeed, the mere thought of another Tsar running... it makes me not only sick to my stomach, but hits me like a boot in my face.
You may or may not know that I have been missing from the public for several weeks. I took this time that I never thought to have before to really look into the fabric of the world... In private, I traveled to the poorest places of Russia, and read up on the people's literature. I have come to the consensus that change must happen, and must happen now with a mass movement that has been forming up in the people for quite some time. For, you see, the masses are the decisive element for which a final victory of the people against the corrupt kleptocrats of the world. A particular example is Archibald Stanford, using his malicious Solaris satellite system to burn Siberia into a desert and aiding the international backwards forces of the reaction that we know as the GLA from their ultimate defeat. The Chinese continue to impose their backwards-pretend system of populism while they utilize the labour of the unheard masses for their own imperialist benefit. You only need to look at Vietnam, and the southeast Asian nations.
I will put in my bid to run for the syndicalist bid for the presidency to change this state into a servant to the workers! I call for all workers to begin a general strike as soon as possible on election day, to set the stage for an electoral victory of the syndicalists! It may not be a revolutionary victory we all hope for, but it's the cleanest and closest we can have to have a people's victory as soon as possible!" The crowd began to erupt in cheers as Voronov left, after the quietness and attentive listening. The screen transitioned back to the FFN studios.
"Voronov's mysterious disappearance has apparently turned him into a far-leftists, which will surely create more tension in the upcoming elections, as a tsar announces his intent to run, along with Molchanov running once again, General Varennikov running as opposition to the current government, and insignificant Bolshevik opposition. Similar calls of solidarity between leftists part of the Russian Syndicalist party and calls for general strike are going to make the elections... interesting to say the least."
