Universal Roleplay Time Limit
The Time Limit for a member/responding party to respond to a Battle, World Event, Diplomacy Meeting or a Council of War and everything else is One Week or Seven Days.
For example, If player A (Party in Waiting) has posted a battlepost and if the opposing faction member, i.e; Player B (Responding party) has not responded at all to the post in one week then the Universal Roleplay Time Limit will apply.
After the time limit has passed, the member who awaits a response will :-
1) Mention the Faction Leader of the responding party and the Admin in his/her post.
2) In case of NPC's and Neutral factions who don't have any members, mention the Admin in his/her post.
In 1) case scenario, the faction leader or another faction member will take over the role of the character who has to respond to the RP post/Party in waiting.
In 2) scenario, the admin will find a member to take the role of the responding party.
By extension,
In 1) case scenario, If the respondent Faction Leader or Faction members do not agree in posting, then the whole thing (Battle, Diplomacy, etc) will go in favor of the Faction in Waiting.
In 2) case scenario, If no members are willing to play the part of an NPC or Neutral faction, then the whole thing will go in favor of the faction in waiting.
Faction/Party in Waiting Member : This refers to the player who has responded but is waiting for a counter-reply by the other Faction member.
Respondent Faction/Party Member : This refers to the player who has gone inactive and has yet to respond with a Counter-reply.
Where the Time Limit Rule does not apply :-
This Rule does not apply at In-Faction Discussions. For example, a discussion between Russian Players in the Russian Private Board has no Time Limit.
This Rule will not apply if the two members of the opposing factions are in contact with each other and tell when they will post or if they will be delayed. For example, Player B tells Player A that he is busy with Exams and will reply after a week, Player B tells Player A that it will take him more than a week from Player A's post to prepare the RP Material, etc.
Please keep in mind that the proof of these conversations must be given to an Admin if he demands it !
If you as a Respondent Faction/Party Member go inactive for over a week due to emergency reasons, the decision will be taken as such to benefit both parties involved. In case the underlined is not possible the respondent member when he becomes active again can contact an admin to gain an advantage over the missed opportunity as far as it is feasible.
All final decisions regarding the Time Limit will be decided by the admin. Roleplayers are advised to not take Time Limit decisions by themselves and to inform an Admin of the issue at the earliest.
